So they're asking for donations to buy the gold that this coin is supposed to be backed on?  I don't get it, how can the coin come before what it's being backed against?

Also, how do I get my hands on some of the gold from xaurum's melting page? Wink

Because all the Gold, Silver, Oil, Crystal, Alien, BigMac backed coins are fake...

I remember some Gold backed coins, they showed massive gold bars with certificates and all to earn trust...
It was all fake.

So, before u waste your money please think twice, i've got enough from those scammers.

What about if you don't write what you don't know?

I have heard that there is a girl that has cheated on her boyfriend. I am staying single for the rest of my life. Thanks for your advice.

@minerjoen what would you as an old member of btc talk suggest? Do you have any solution on that matter? What the devs should do to make you and other people more secure? Please help the project because the idea is  better than any other in crypto. It's my opinion of course, but  please help the project and don't project your negative experience (we all have them regardless not posting much here) onto this coin. If  possible. Br

Yes would be nice for positive improvement, whatever you are unhappy with perhaps they can alleviate those things.

Have a trusted escrow agent physically inspect the assets.

Yeah right that is going to happen. Lol

But the assest they are selling are not there yet so inspecting them is not possible.

Later on you will be able to see proof of them.

In addition to safety, we have also agreed to enable ‪transparency‬ for our community - Loomis will enable web access to Xaurum storage balance-sheet (it will take some time)! When enabled, we will give access to this account to everybody!

If you have doubts about the project, wait until you can see the proof to invest.

Guy's exciting time for me! Just saw my portion of #XAUR in RICO account. The teams are very fast based on acting!

Thanks!

You can get a third party to inspect the assets this isn't a problem but how can you make sure the 3rd party is legit.

There is no way to know for sure. It depends on how much is invested in the next batch but it will be a little bit less XAUR pr. BTC.

Xaurum RICO Mint I:

Minting value: 606111.1 $
Xaurum issued: 15889475.91 XAUR
Gold increased: 11060.42126 g

Total Xaurum money supply: 75882671.85 XAUR
Total Xaurum gold reserves: 28026.65539 g

1 XAUR = 0.000369342 g
1 XAUR cost 0.038145442 $ to mint.

Newly minted xaurum funded with crypto-currencies are already visible in balances, and the ones funded with fiat will be visible tomorrow.

I'm just curious, but need to throw some hypothetical situations out there:

Let's say I send 100,000 XAU to the RICO address.

What I receive in return....is 800,000,000 XAUR? What is the purpose of XAUR, and how much XAUR = 1oz gold?

Another hypothetical:

Let's say I send 100,000 XAU to the RICO address.  While I get 800,000,000 XAUR (?) the XAUR devs will be selling this XAU and purchasing gold with the profit?  Aren't we getting any of the shiny stuff?  And how can you prove it...

...because that's a large amount of fiat received in Mint I, which is already over - but nothing to show for it....?

Inspection of assets is correct I am not against it. That is also why I ask them to post contracts edited.

I still do not understand how it is beneficial to buy earlier than later within the ICO. The following statements seem oppositional. If the conversion rate from XAU to XAUR stays the same, how does it make a difference when to buy? I guess I somehow still do not understand something here. Smiley

Few questions

1) What's the benefit of buying now instead of last day of the RICO?
After minting, Xaurum ratio will increase, this means the base value of each xaurum will increase, and will consequently be more costly to create. Nobody can know how much more the cost will increase in advance, yet it is certain to increase, as it depends on the number of funds collected and number of new xaurum coined. After the first mint, a new minting price will be published.

Are mint 2 transaction ratios different than mint #1? Can't believe I missed the first one, and I was saving all that XAU for this Sad

Sorry Im at work & don't have time to check the site - thanks in advance.
The existing XAU will be converted to XAUR at the same rate, 1 XAU = 8000 XAUR.

i don't understand it either. they should have give some bonuses for the first few people who bought XAUR in the first days and then bonuses gradually depreciates until the last days. This will give  the pressure to buy earlier. i would assume however that people will still buy more in the last days. its 8 days left! Good luck to us.

this is the right way, to post contracts - I think this will happen soon, and later, to be audited from a trusted third party.
I think the trust will come gradually thru time.
Banksters have got trust thru nothing, just lies and manipulations. That is why people don't trust anymore. It will take time.

My question: is there any coin on the market except xaurum backed with some real value?

We need to become smart investors. Never invest all assets you have in one investment.

1. The access to Loomis account will be public (when Loomis enables it). You will be able to log on their web site and chech how much gold is stored by Auresco.
2. Please accept a public personal invitation to visit the storage facility. You need to pay for the airplane and room.
