3 BTC for 1 XAU means 3/8000 = 0.000375 BTC per XAUR. Unless all XAUR's holders refuse to sell their XAURs because they think it will be at more than 0.000375 BTC when XAUR hits exchanges, this really doesn't make any sens to me ...

1. Who has access to the gold holdings in Loomis ?
If this is your company and safe storage account is in your name, how do you prove that funds are there all the time?
2. Is this gold insured and who is the beneficiary of the insurance contract?

Some information regarding our organization of gold reserves, specifically the arrangement between Xaurum, Nadir and Loomis:

The gold bars we're buying from Nadir are 1 Gram Fine Gold Bullion Bar 999.9 Nadir Gold Lbma cards, that are more expensive than larger quantities. To store our gold reserves made up of 1g cards, we've arranged so that Loomis stores the gold in kilogram bars in order to cut storage costs. When we need the gold, we simply ship the kilogram bars back to Nadir, and they provide us with the 1g gold bars in a short period of time. The Loomis digital open account, where everyone will be able to verify the quantity of Loomis stored part of gold reserves, will be availiable this week. The rest of gold reserves, exactly 7371 of 1 Gram Fine Gold Bullion Bar 999.9 Nadir Gold Lbma cards are stored in Slovenia, in the vaults of banks A banka and Gorenjska banka. This 7371 grams are in Slovenia for faster melting procedure. We hope this additional steps for transparency will make exchanges more willing to list us.

We have contacted Bittrex with the required gold compliance information, and hope to be listed on their exchange soon.

It is weird , I withdrawed some tokens from web site (successfully got the withdrawal txid), but can not see the balance in the wallet after sync eth wallet and added the XUAR token ID.

First check your address here to check if you address is holding the tokens.

I have heard some say that the tokens were slow to arive (6-7 hours). Mine were there in a few minutes though.


If your have the tokens on your address check that your watch tokens is set correctly.

If they arent there, check the addresses in the transaction and if correct contact the Xaurum team.

Got some XAU which converted to XAUR in the RICO.

Would you recommend transferring to the Ethereum wallet immediately? Or should I wait until some exchanges have listed the new XAUR ticker?

While we're waiting for the exchanges to list us, we've once again visited Nadir and Loomis to finish the details of the protocol that Loomis and Nadir require for Xaurum gold reserves. More information on this will be posted with the official account.

The visit was fantastic and the transfer of gold was done in the most professional manner. I was really glad to find that many of the people we're doing buisness with, are starting to know what Xaurum is. They have a phrase; Bitcoin, but with gold.
I follow the what's happening with a lot of gold related buisnesses, be it financial funds or state reserves, and find that they don't show their reserves very often, the customers never get to see their gold.
I'm posting with my private account, because I've used a smartphone to photograph and the photography isn't professional, we didn't have a photographer with us, but I don't have the heart not to show you part of your gold reserves, while there was the opportunity. So here are some pictures from our business trip:

The Loomis building, containing their offices. Below the building are the vaults, in which we have transfered the gold from Nadir and had a look around.


To enter the vault area, we had to scan our fingerprints.


Your gold, each of the kilogram bars represents 1000 of 1g 9.999 Good Delivery Nadir gold bars. As per our arranged protocol, we're storing them in kg bars, and can exchange them for the 1g bars at any time, as we have already paid for the more expensive 1g bars.
