I agree. Sometimes, when you've experienced the fun gambling brings out, then you encountered a negative experience with it, you may be forced to stop. But when an opportunity presents itself, the fun you've experienced would take hold and it becomes beyond one's control to start gambling again. This is ok if the person knows how to gamble responsibly but for people who git addicted and then was able to quit, i think being exposed back to gambling is a very bad idea

i have my own experience in stopping gambling and starting it again and again. as i play gambling continuously for long time may be more than 20 year and in previous 20 years i tried for so many time to stop gambling and some time i do that decided to stop gambling but then i start it again after moth or two therefore now i decided to change my trading strategy and now i am playing gambling with a planing which prevent me from losing a big money.

I think about it differently. I think it's a ressentiment problem or slave's morality, about which Nietzsche was writing. We get offended by the site when we lost a lot. And we can't just forget about it and make a self-realization in other sphere. We can't make it even with the casino as well and we know that. And yet we make efforts to take revenge and recall the offence and our sufferings. And then we say gambling is wrong and sinful thing just because we can't be best there. Same things the philosopher was saying about judaism and christianity. They were abused by others and thus make strtength a bad treat and even a sin in a way.

Yes and it is always happening. Many gamblers are having enough time to stop gambling for awhile but sometimes because when we think that we are just wasting our time for not gambling. Well i agrre with the previous comments that it is part of our human emotions to feel regret over something that we've lost and almost automatically our reaction would be try and win back those losses. Though i think there are a lot of gamblers who can maintain proper reasoning and can control themselves whether they win or they lose. I think it just boils down to how a person conditions his mind before he even starts to gamble. Safe gamblers can successfully shift between gambling and quitting easily at will

I only stop if ever i had lost my balance and keep coming back after a week. Im still trying and hoping that one day ill win big thats what keep me from coming back.

yes, all of us wants to win. even I wanting to have a good amount of winning someday. 
But I can also manage my money in gambling, I can control myself in betting so when I stop I can actually go back whenever I wanted, Because I do have a money to gamble, yes not really a big amount but it is enough for me. I just trying my luck.

Well i don't see anything wrong with resumung your gambling after you quit. Sometimes, there are heavy reasons why people quit gambling and those reasons may be life changing. People learn their lessons  be it the hard way or the easy way. If somethung happened to you before that made you stop gambling, like your family left you or you went broke, i think you'll learn already how to weigh in the more important things in your life. So the next time you gamblr again, you should be more in control knowing and experiencing thr consrquences already.

this better to ask for some help maybe you already needed a medical assessment and rehab, those who keeps gamble even they already

Totally correct, no one can leave from gambling and for who already quit, they will come back to gambling again in the day whose they never know and i believe only who have a faith that can leave from gambling.

There are also cases where a rehabilitated gambling addict who stopped for years find themselves being addicted to gambling again.  I think the decision depend on the person and how determined he is to stop playing gambling games.  Specialists said that addiction cannot be cured but rather controlled.
