You're wrong, at the time of the other user (grandFX) posting, the thread was actually trashed, hence "deleted" for the regular user like you and me.
It has since been restored by hilariousandco, since there was no obvious reason why the thread should have been trashed, which is why you are now abled to access it again.

Well, they said they've contacted some exchanges:

Righ now, we're focusing on getting listed on exchanges, we've contacted poloniex, bittrex, shapeshift, c-cex, btc38, bloombit and yobit, but it may take some time for them to review our information.

So the list of potential exchanges is available. I assume they're now just waiting for replies ...

Yes youll need some eth for gas but i think its part of the fee on sending the xaur. Dont quote me on that

If youve downloaded the wallet youll see a 0xXXXXXXXXX address that i will send all xaur to. Just gotta have xaur in your watchlist to see balance from what i can tell.

so it will just be your Eth addy but once on watchlist it will auto to XAUR

and the thread title must give you a hint that this campaign didn't accept participants. XAUR campaign has a good pay rate there are still

Thanks. Yes i have my private key kept.
I have tried using mist for windows and i cancelled moving mine to it since it took more than 4 hours already yet syncing haven't gone to 20% of it yet.
