As stated in the specifications section in the OP, the basic PoS block value is 18 XAB. This reward is divided into 2 parts. 10 XAB goes for the Masternode , 8 XAB goes to the staker. When the transaction comes in, it shows the whole 18 coins that were mined in that block but since we have masternode on the network 10 coins from that block goes to a masternode and 8 coins are the stake reward.

You can check the Masternode Network in the wallet if you click the Masternode button on the left panel.
Regarding the block explorer, tomorrow an official block explorer will be released.

You can check the Masternode Network in the wallet if you click the Masternode button on the left panel.
Regarding the block explorer, tomorrow an official block explorer will be released.
