You are experiencing the same problem as me ?? Please, Let me know how to say it for my friend or family !!

when my friend asks me about bitcoin, I will simply answer : it's kind of internet money. she just said "ooohhh". that's all.

I never tell about bitcoin to my family so far. I'm just a little bit confused to tell my mother and grandma what bitcoin is, because I imagine they would ask so many questions.

if a technology understood there would be no problem but if you want to explain to your parents bitcoin might be problems started there.
dear solution you have to find a simple and brief video on youtube about bitcoin and showed it to them and so far they can understand
bitcoin is much easier and faster .

keep in mind that most people find it difficult to grasp the fact that the money can be in the mine through a computer , in this issue is that
The most important if your friends and parents to accept the fact , then you will be easier to tell them , if not then what you
will explain in vain .

yeah i am experiencing the same thing like you and i know that majority face the same thing but i dont consider it as a big problem. i told my family about how i make extra income online through bitcoin but they dont seem to be much interested so i ignore this topic at home. i also told this to one of my friend and he seemed interested so i told him more about it and now he also uses bitcoin. to conclude, if the person is interested he will automatically try to learn more about how the blockchain ecosystem works. if your family is not interested you would just waste your time in explaining it to them.

My friends all understand that I am making money with Bitcoin but they do not ask to much about it because they think that it is to much thinking work and stuff.
They are happy for me that I found something that I can make use of so of course they support me.

I have tried to make my father understand what actually bitcoin is and how it can be storage of wealth just like gold but its potential is higher than gold so we can make really good profit if we start saving in form of bitcoin. But even after 3 hours of my speech he doesn't get convinced and atlast all this are virtual thing and can't be trusted.  Angry Angry

My father is quite old so that may be reason he doesn't like to trust in virtual thing but my younger brother have already started reading about bitcoin and finding way to earn few bitcoins and i am helping him.

younger generation will easily adopt bitcoin in compare to older generation as they are much tech savvy and wants to learn new things and bitcoin can help them in a best way.

Here's an idea. If you want to strike a conversation about bitcoin the first thing you should do is wear a bitcoin tshirt. I noticed that whenever I wear my bitcoin tshirt my friends usually ask me what bitcoin is. I then start talking about it without getting to technical. It's also important not to get preachy about how the banks are evil and all that kind of talk. Then finally give them the websites that you think will help them in their journey.

This is a good idea,  Picture state a thousand words!  And if they don't see the message they tend to ask about it.  Graphical representation triggers curiousness of people around.  then when you trigger their interest you can start introducing Bitcoin.  And try to have patience too since sometimes it is harder than we thought, and that they will be lots of time they forgot what we explain.

I've had this problem especially with older people. Most of them do not know about technology, and you probably saw this e.g. when you see old people trying to understand what a smartphone does. The best way I was able to make them understand about it was to explain the history of it, the advantages of it, and many more stuff so they can understand at least a bit about what it is. But you need time to explain it, you have to show them proofs etc. or they won't trust BTC.

If you're trying to explain it to your friends... oh well, just tell them you get easy money online and their interest will skyrocket Cheesy

It was very easy for me to tell them about bitcoin to my brothers about bitcoin , as I told them that it is a new currency like other currencies but it is a virtual currency and is invented for online use.

You need to talk to them like this is a currency form.  Compare it to the dollar and the euro and such.  Once they understand the comparison, then just explain that bitcoin is just a digital form of the currency that they are currently using.

You are experiencing the same problem as me ?? Please, Let me know how to say it for my friend or family !!

I was in this situation many times and saying the truth its not easy to explain them, what I always do is by starting with online banking and then explaining the new currency called bitcoin!

Yes. I think so. And you same me  !!

What I would add to this is that recently I have received a physical gift from minerjones which is a bitcoin keychain and it's a brilliant idea to spread bitcoin and talk to my friends and family, so when they see the bitcoin logo next time will know what I told them about.

the basic fact is that we need to tell them that they can earn good descent money from it and I am very much sure that they will be definitely attracted towards it.
