I am just concern about the valuation, are you going to use the ICO amount raised to value the Decloud token or you will preset the bounty price in BTC, Another thing is that, is the payment going to be deducted from the ICO fund, If yes, I think this is no fair since not all investors participate in bounties and the terms of the contract before the ICO do not specify this unless there is option for repayment/refund.

There are ways to spread the bounties that will not greatly impact the token price, Stratis did this recently and Lisk delayed the bounty payment till it seems there is equilibrium in the market price.
