I am not able to withdraw my btc from my wallet. It gives me an error "Unable to verify if address correct." and I tried my other bitcoin addresses too but still it gives me the same error. Please let me know what's the issue.
I also got this error, but I just tried another address to withdraw and it worked  |

I also got this error, but I just tried another address to withdraw and it worked I tried several addresses that day but it did not work. Once Liqui staff corrected this DDoS issue, I could withdraw my balance. Now again it's under DDoS attack which means withdrawals/deposits would be on hold. It's good that the staff solves these issues pretty quickly unlike other exchanges that take days. |

I am waiting for a reply from you or your support staff for the past four days,do not say that the delay is because of the continuous DDOS attack,i was promised to settle the things and forward my coins three days back and the reason your support said is that it is because of DDOS attack that it is taking time to send the coins,now it is the fourth day and the fun part is i am blocked from chat,i barely had any conversation in chat when ever i am trading,just had a few conversation in the past few days because i was waiting for my coins to be released and i never whined in chat about the delays and i had at the most ten conversation over all !!! really do not care about that but i would like to know what is the real reason for the delay and i want to know when it will be settled. Edit: Finally settled after 4 days. |

i made an ANT deposit that was never credited. Been at it with support for 2 days, with no progress, not sure what to do. Seems like a scam at this point, i sent the txids and now support says it has been credited which is a blatent lie.
it has been 4 days now and my deposit has not been credited. I will post screenshots and txid in a bit to confirm this, liqui has stolen my tokens at this point. |

Why transaction fees have been increased so much?
Earlier Time withdrawal fee was 0.01 time . at that time it valued .1 $
Now it is 0.05 Time which values to $1. That is so much for small transactions. There should be an option to pay lesser fees if you dont bother when transaction confirms.

Here are the 3 screenshots i sent support about issues with my balance: they are my ANT trades, deposits, and withdrawls. As you can see i have 4000 ant going in, 0 trades, 995 ant going out and 0 ANT balance remaining. it clearly doesn't add up. Support 48 hours ago notified me that i had sold by ANT for ETH (which i did put up sell orders), none of the transactions showed up on my account ledger and when I asked them to send me a trade history for my account they didn't do so. Also, my ETH balance doesn' add up to 3000 ant tokens sold at what i set my sell orders to be, and its been over 24 hours since last contact of me requesting to see my trade history. My Trade history works for every coin pair except for these "missing" ANT transactions. Earlier they had too low withdrawal fees on some coins. Due to Eth rise , transaction cost rose, but they didn't adjust withdrawal fee at that time. Possible reason for high withdrawal fees could be that they are trying to cover up the loss they suffered earlier. |
