Anyone Liqui officer here for the statement about TKN trouble please, freshdesk is unreliable. We've missed more occasions at a good price because of the stuck problem, can't click cancel withdraw too. I confirmed for withdraw TKN but didn't get TXID for 48 hours

Unless you are prepared to gamble on losing your money, I would avoid trading on Liqui until they at least update us, their customers as to exactly what

the fuck's going on.

If you'll deposit BTC then trade ICN with that, I think it will be okay (My BTC deposit went through smoothly). It seems that the problem is mostly in depositing and withdrawing a token, based on my observation in their complaints. The last time I withdrew BTC, there was no problem too, I was afraid that time but I'm glad it worked fine.

I have 4381 OAX and at current price it is valued around 30eth...So they can't process 39eth?

Does your support staff monitor the tickets in https://liqui.freshdesk.com? Or twitter as it is also mentioned as 1 of the support channels. There are alot of complaints of complaints about transaction of assets in ETH blockchain but not being addressed. Witdrawals that show completed and with an ETH transactionid but if you look in etherscan- shows transaction does not exist.

You've been processing my ticket for over 48 hours now.

You haven't even updated your customers as to what the problem is exactly.

At the very least, release a statement about those missing transactions.
