I'm having a big problem with Liqui right now. Accepting deposits - no problem. But withdrawal - BIG PROBLEM. I needed to withdraw today, ETH, very simple. Transaction went from 'pending' to 'completed', however nether my wallet, nor Tx Id can confirm it. In fact, Tx Id says transaction doesn't exist. Support doesn't respond at all. DID YOU STEAL MY COIN? Or you're using my money for short pump and dump sales??? I'm out of Liqui.io after this experience, they will never get my business again. |

But in this case the size is a bit high because there are 4 input addresses which increased the size and that's why it's still unconfirmed.
Its actually Liqui's fault if they didn't pay the right fees or didn't route the btc correctly(in this case from 4 addresses). Anyways looks like his transaction was finally confirmed. |

If nothing happens the coming week I will file multiple police reports and activate my lawyers over there.

I am waiting for a VERY BIG AMOUNT (high 5 figures) of TaaS withdrawal since 14 days. No replies to ticket, telegram or e-mail.
If nothing happens the coming week I will file multiple police reports and activate my lawyers over there.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS EXCHANGE!
Not even replying in Chat? I know there is lots of junk stuff being discussed there but I would suggest to write there maybe someone from the team can see it. It's too strange to see that a withdrawal took more than a day, it's just absurd. I have withdrawed only bitcoin for liqui in the past and never saw an issue, only the fees were too high compared to others. |

Not even replying in Chat? It's a trollbox and I've ever seen any admins/mods in there. Not that I wasted that much time on it. If not the admin then I probably have seen the moderators there and probably they can help to sort your issue out. If I were you I would write there every 1 hour or so based on the activity on the "trollbox" as someone should moderate that stuff there. |
