For your peace of mind please read thru their blog post http://blog.coins.ph/post/158960095064/how-coinsph-will-handle-a-bitcoin-forkthey already explained everything on what possible scenario might happen

Hi, thanks for bringing this up! I'm happy to clarify this An account may be deactivated or limited kapag may concern that someone else has access to an account o kung may report na involved ang account sa isang activity na against our User Agreement. In these cases, we would always guide them through reactivation or claiming of funds, kung ano man po ang applicable Feel free to read about our policies here: https://coins.ph/user-agreement

Kaya before August 1 or mas much if ngayon na gawin at ayaw niyo naman magwithdraw ng bitcoin into cash, isave niyo na ang bitcoins niyo sa isang wallet na may private key feature. Pero if you want since alam ng coins.ph ang dapat gawin, magkaroon sana sila ng options to choose if ever there will be a chain split.
Pero for me, mas ok kung nasa akin ang coins ko bago ang August 1 so that comfortable ako na hawak ko talaga.
Mas mabuti talaga kapag hawak mo yung bitcoin mo.

Hi everyone! I am Niquie, a representative of Coins.ph, ready to help you with your concerns/inquiries/feedbacks regarding Coins and our services. This is going to be the official thread from now on. Some of you might have noticed that I changed my username from NiquieA to Niquie@Coins. NiquieA will no longer be available. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you all. Hi regarding sa Segwit this August 1 what are the measurements that Coins.ph will do para maiwasan ang pagkawala ng Bitcoin because regarding sa Segwit mahahati sa dalawa ung Bitcoin which for us users e natatakot dahil baka maging zero zero ung funds namin sa Coins.ph lalo na at wala naman kami mga hard wallet para mailagay ung bitcoin namin for a while. Sana makapag labas kayo ng detailed instruction para malaman namin ung magagawa namin Thanks in advance.

Can you enlighten some of the users here of coins.ph about the unstable amount of fee you charge. 2 days ago, the high priority fee was only around 0.00012, today it was 0.0006, I don't know if the change took place today or yesterday but I am sure that the fee has changed significantly.

I think its best if we transfer all our bitcoin to a wallet where we hold our own private keys to be safe. If we have our private keys and if split happens then we would have two sets of coins existing in both chains. then we decide what we want to do after that. lets just go to the safe side.

Sending bitcoins from coins.ph to coins.ph is free of charge. Sending bitcoins from coins.ph to external wallets needs miner's fee.
