Can you enlighten some of the users here of coins.ph about the unstable amount of fee you charge. 2 days ago, the high priority fee was only around 0.00012, today it was 0.0006, I don't know if the change took place today or yesterday but I am sure that the fee has changed significantly.

I don't think na problema yan sa coins. Ang problema lang dyan ay kung may mahahanap ka bang magbebenta ng bitcoin niya para sa'yo. Kung meron man, dapat magkasundo kayo sa kung anong price per bitcoin ang susundin nyo. Basta sa case na yan, wala akong nakikitang illegality.

Yes its possible and not a breach on their TOS, already done numerous trades selling BTC directly to my co worker using PHP WALLET as payment.  But as an exchange business, there always a premium when buying BTC compare to selling. see how bank works in BUYING and SELLING USD to its customers.

Na try nyo na icheck sa blockchain.info yung wallet nyo sa coins.ph kung ano lalabas?  nag try kasi ako pero zero balance kahit na meron balance sa phone app ko. pero nakikita transactions dun pero zero balance sya. bakit kaya?

Is thomas still active in here? Nagcashout ako kanina around 1 am sa gcash and upto now hindi ko pa rin narereceive sa gcash account ko. I tried again cashing out just now and it got processed. I sent a support ticket 6 hours ago and haven't received a response yet. Ankng klaseng support yan coins.ph . Bakit lalong pumapangit ang service nyo instead na maayos nyo lalo na ang support service.

Tama walang fee kapag coins.ph to coins.ph ang transaction.. Outside coins.ph transaction lang ang meron, bumaba siguro ang fee nila kasi yong value ni bitcoin pababa din ng pababa and wala siguro masyadong nag transaction sa kanila ngayon.

Kaya before August 1 or mas much if ngayon na gawin at ayaw niyo naman magwithdraw ng bitcoin into cash, isave niyo na ang bitcoins niyo sa isang wallet na may private key feature. Pero if you want since alam ng coins.ph ang dapat gawin, magkaroon sana sila ng options to choose if ever there will be a chain split.

Pero for me, mas ok kung nasa akin ang coins ko bago ang August 1 so that comfortable ako na hawak ko talaga.

Mas mabuti talaga kapag hawak mo yung bitcoin mo. Kapag kasi nangyari ang split tapos yung coins mo sa kanila ay parang hindi naman ganun pipiliin ng marami, parang wala lang masasayang. I-korek niyo ako kung mali ako yan kasi pagkakaintindi ko. Kaya mas mabuti na tago na muna mga btc.

ang mangyayari, may coin ka lang sa isang chain, depende sa kung anong chain yung issupport ng exchange na pinag iwanan mo ng coins mo. pero kung nasa sarili mong wallet na hawak mo ang private keys, meron kang coins both chain.

Hindi po ba talaga na check sa blockexplorer or blockchain.info yung coins.ph wallet address? kasi hindi nakikita balance and hindi complete transactions. Pa reply naman po
