Upon any fork, Coins.ph may temporarily suspend transactions on the system while we make the necessary updates to our system. Notably, during that time, you may not be able to buy, sell, or transfer bitcoin out of the system. While we would aim to complete such an update in the shortest time possible, we will only resume transactions once we are confident that such an update has been adequately reviewed and tested.

I agree mas maganda lipat muna sa cold storage para hawak nyo private key. Yung ibang wallet may plan na sila to support both if ever mag split. And both coins will exist into your wallet so walang mawawala if ever. Pero pag nasa exchange na wala pang clear plan dapat sa safe mode muna tayo. Advise lang po. Thanks

Yes it's fine and its free. I have mycelium wallet on my mobile for a small amount and a hardware wallet for the rest of my coins.

yun nga problema ko, yung pera ko sa egivecash d lumabas sa atm. dba d na pwede e.lagay ulit yung details pag ganun? kinontak ko na sila pero wala pang reply eh. my nag sabi sakin wag mag withdraw kung walang laman atm. kasi lulutang sa hangin yung pera mo. tas mag iimbistiga pa daw ata ang coins jan. hayss.

Sa mga egivecash problem na encounter ko, tumawag ako before lunch time, solve before 5 PM,. kapag medyo late kana sa banking hours nagreport like 1 PM onwards, next day na mareresolve yan. wag mo idadaan sa Chatbox ang problem mo sa egivecash, matagal ang reply. 1 hours every message. tawagan mo sa support cellphone number nila. mabilis ang solusyon nila, sabhin mo lang kailangan na kailngan mo yung pera.

san ko nmn makukuha yung phone number nila mga boss? tapos yung sino talaga yung una mung kakausapin? d ba pwede na dumiretso ka sa security bank, sa mga teller nila?

Di pa ako nakakapag cashout using eGC palagi kasi ako sa security bank. so far okay naman sa cardless atm wala naman ako naging hassle sa pag gamit. sa totoo lang suggested ko to kasi napaka convenient kahit anong oras pwede ka mag withdraw.

Yep. The only disadvantage of this is when there is a sudden maintenance on Security Bank. Especially if the next security atm is miles away from where you live.

posibleng may problema sa system, best na gawin mo dyan sa ngayon ay icontact ang support nila at sabihin ang naging problema baka kasi hindi pa sila aware na meron na pala problema sa system nila or sa security bank kaya hindi pa naprocess yung cash out mo

base sa mga nabasa ko dati, may mga nasuspend na account na kahit hindi sa gambling galing yung pondo, pero nababalik naman basta napaliwanag mo kung saan galing. yung sa sugal naman alam ko bawal talga pero kung magpapalusot ka at wala silang matibay na proof baka makalusot ka
