Depends how good the idea is.Having said that, paying a developer and getting the site up is not a problem.Takes couple of months or so,the problem starts when you don't get any visitors on the site.Basically,no one will. You need to put a lot of money and efforts for advertisement. If you don't have that kind of money, there is no point in getting the site up.Did I forget to mention the house investment ? Oh that's the most important part..

If you have time and you want to see it , I can PM you my idea.

For advertisement :  How about  referral program?
If people will understand that it's profitable, they will engage in self-promotion : video on YouTube , social networks with bonus codes etc.
Maybe giveaways or competitions for active users.

Well, it is very hard to came up with new concept for PvP gambling where players could fight each others is fair environment and house could profit from it at the same time.
I've seen many people who claimed that they figured this concept out. Most of them are coping old schemes with minor twists, which is not interesting for the most part.

So he is my question: do you know any successful PvP gambling site based on unique concept?

My own ? Or just for example ? If for example , I know a lot of successful PvP sites, but they all not accept Bitcoin or USD/RUR.

I was asking about legitimate, provably fair bitcoin powered gambling PvP sites. Because from what I know we don't have examples worth mentioning here.
I am not counting Poker rooms or any game of similar nature.

Maybe we don't see many successful PvP bitcoin gambling initiatives because bitcoin crowd is not interested in PvP aspect at all?
In that case, even if your idea would be very nice, bitcoiners will just gonna ignore it as usual. What I mean - it is very tough to introduce a catchy new game...

There are tons of dice sites, it would be hard to compete against them , but I think that PVP gambling is the future of Bitcoin gambling.

A few days back,I saw a PVP gambling website shut down due to lack of players and they didn't have enough funds for the advertisement.Although they ran a signature campaign for a week,it was never enough.Let me tell you,the website had potential and very good graphics indeed. But that's not everything..

Telling you, lock the thread for now.Plan a proper business model, see if you can raise investments/find investors.Propose your idea to a few trusted sources and see what they have to say.Afterall, its not as simple as it sounds. Most of the reputed casinos I know aren't owned by a single person, mostly multiple founders and co-owners.

I heard many people are offering before here  in our forum but he just looking for investors .. or partner..
If you have a good idea maybe someone will partner to you but you need to invest to him.
And take a profit for future earnings.

I have seen a lot of other threads where many people post concepts like yours in gambling or games and rounds. You should go there find these persons and send them PM if they haven't contacted you already. Your idea is very good but first you have to knock out the competition which is big or else this won't work.

I have an idea for PvP gambling, it's possible to find here devs willing work for % from future profit ?

I am a dev. and these projects consume a lot of time. I know this from experience. Problem is then that a failure (which can happen) will cost the developer more timewise then you.
Offering a fixed fee and an X percentage of the income is the best way to start it.

- Happy developer, which is always good
- Dedicated developer, who will stay with you fixing problems since he has an incentive.

How much should be this  "fixed fee" ?

Depends on the project.
Suppose the project is estimate at 10k.
I would find a 2.5k fixed fee reasonable.

If the project is 1k,  250 usd should get you some medior to sr. developers working on it.

If you can't afford a few hundred bucks on development you probably shouldn't be starting the game. Good servers cost money, let alone any marketing/promotions

Yes if OP giving percentage only i think no one would really help him since they cannot gaurantee that they can earn with their works thats why OP you gotta give them fix salary so they  will accept those job you want and as LLC said it will cost you many bucks to run this things out since you've gotta need to pay advertisement for it so it can get exposure.

Other than that maybe hired them to became mod also so you can have people to monitor the site time to time and they can fix the issue easily if they see it or they are occuring since they are the maker of it.
