Trading vs Gambling

Just curious since the last discussion I had was about gambling vs trading. I know trading can seem to be a bit of a gamble as well, but I see it a little bit like poker. It's a combination of math and psychology. Maybe not the same ratio though, just generalizing 

Trading can never be like a gambling site. When you do trading your not doing it for fun and entertainment or a game of relax like others said in the gambling sites. Trading was a serious kind of making bitcoin profit, unlike gambling was known as a game of fun and relaxation and a waste of time spending money.

I agree trading is not a gambling site It is obvious and no need to explain it.  And between trading and gambling, the only factor separating this two is the risk,  In trading, we can mitigate or control the risk thru several planning and researches but in gambling, we can never control the risk.

Very funny on how you are comparing trading to gambling. And how can you compare a simple act of wagering as a website to an act of trading of buying and selling? You are misleading people here. But somehow you've got a few correct statement on it that trading is not gambling, they just got the same risk involved.

I don't any funny statement on his post.  I can only see facts and opinion from people who never experience what is the real hard gambling is.  Actually.  We both minimize the risk in both trading and gambling.  Especially on gambling.  In every gambling type there is an odds or a winning chance rate.  So better choose the high chance of winning so that we can minimize the risk.  As easy like that

i believe that in out there, still many people make gambling games as entertainment and they only gets fun while they are playing gambling. to making money from gambling is really difficult and only pro gamblers that can do it with their skills and their luck. but its not close for other people too if they have a luck in gambling games.

following and trying to understand your statement i guess you are in favor with trading since you are able to really have a big chance in making good profits if you have better knowledge regarding to your trade unlike gambling even pro have a bad day and what they got in advantage is the way they admit accepting defeat to lessen their loses,.

Trading was still prevailing for me it is a from of investment and can be assets because you choose to buy  in the platform then you gonna roll it up just an ecosystem in the motion of the price in the market. While is gambling was really a game of relax and game of luck.

The explanation is quite plausible and will definitely make them read it will understand a bit about the difference in trading and gambling, though in the end they all have the same goal (profit), but from a variety of trading is much better than gambling. Because of gambling losses only provides (in part) and trading profits (if know how to play).If there is still someone who doesn't believe in the trading then it is certain they're addicted in gambling or maybe they're one of the victims of the use of the wrong strategies in trading so get lots of losses

I choose both because you must split your investment to prevent from loosing everything at time. So you must have a back up plan if the other invesment fail.

I think they are almost the same because they are both risky and not easy. In trading you need experience also knowledge in doing it. While in gambling  you only need luck and self-control while your playing because you may lost a lot of money if you don't have a luck and self-control.

I will choose trading because I have already proven it's profitable, in gambling my experience mostly is loses so that is very obvious. Anyway, if it's done in different purpose, I would choose both, I can have fun in gambling while continue my journey in making money in trading.

Gambling is just all about luck. People that says it can be a way to earn money and they prove it themselve are just lucky that time they won. I never see a person that gambles very often and get rich in the long run. All of them just become broke and got in debt. Trading is really a good way to make money. You can do trading even while at home and make a living wirh it.

I agree that gambling depends on "luck" but actually it is on chance.  A person can earn from this regularly as long as he knows how to quit.  In the other hand trading is much more complicated stuff but the best thing about this, is that there is an exit where you can minimize your lost.

Trading is just like a job where you cant work without having necessary knowledge of it. Gambling on the other hand is for everyone whether you are knowing about it or not, its just luck. No luck means No Win in gambling.

That's good to treat gambling that way and how trading and gambling differs .
Its not about money or profit in gambling ,the reality is it is created to have fun ,thrill and excite people in jackpots and profits but not as business . In trading that is a serious matter or gameplay that needs totally presence of mind and focus to earn money or profits.

Well if that is so then the minimization of risk of gambling is going to be possible if you are going to do something about it like you analysis. Then you are making it less risky. But in trading, it's also good because you only need patience and enough time for monitoring what's happening on the market and you'll be fine.

Not with all types of gambling, only very few gambling games are allowing us to use analysis to minimize the associated risk levels. I believe when we are having possibility of analysis, in my personal opinion I am not in gambling yes then it is very much similar to trading.

Only bitcoin trading could be a test for your patience. In other types of trading, when you are waiting, you may face more losses. Altcoin trading is very good example for this . I do see dogecoin and litecoin traders are facing losses with their long term holding.

Trading you can prepare for. Gambling you cannot. Lick bs skill and luck. Trading can get us places if we research and be clever.
Not to give up everything in one go. When you do badly in trading it's very rare to lose all money. In gambling you can easyily lose everything if you can't stop. Trading is not the same you will always have something left.

So I say no it is not the same trading for me is better.

Yeah you are right, I did felt that when I'm trading with alt coins. Since alt coins are easier to manipulate when it comes to pump and dump it's more hurting if you are going to hold those coins that aren't popular but for those popular coins, it's almost the same with bitcoin.

Trading is good when it comes to making money but at the end of the day we like to enjoy and there is gambling that is waiting for us, as long as we know how to handle ourselves everything will be fine and we will be able to appreciate both. Once in our life we will be mislead by our ambition to make easy money and we choose gambling, now we have to mature that it is not the key, we learn from our mistakes and we move forward.

you are right, in trading if we not sell our coins when the price is down we not loss anything, not like gambling if we lost it means we lost all balance that we bet

The problem why a lot of people failed to make profit ingambling is because they never be patient enough to wait .

Overall trading is less risky in gambling.
In trading we can earn profit by analyzing the movements of the market and using some strategy that can help us in trading assets or coins.
