Honestly, why is hard for me to get bitcoins?-.- is it because I'm a newbie? Honestly I've been trying to buy 2 or 3 bitcoins for the last week and a half and have been unsuccessful. I will pay though paypal, I have a verified account. It will be instant payment, no scams or anything.

You just answered your question yourself.
PayPal sucks, it's the #1 choice for scammers, that's why there's close to zero people accepting it for bitcoins.

Bank wire to an exchange, then buy them. Or start mining. Nobody cares about Paypal.

If a well known popular forum user wanted to buy some off me real quick with Paypal, I'd consider it. But your average Joe Schmo is very unlikely to be able to buy from myself or anyone else. It's a matter of trust. And frankly, you don't have any. Many of us have seen plenty of scams come and go. We've seen it happen a thousand times, and most of us aren't going to take the gamble.

Or you can use a service, like ours, that lets you make cash deposits .... but I think you'll be hard-pressed to find anyone willing to accept PayPal.  Most of us have been scammed by accepting PayPal for btc.

Everyone talks about mining but isn't it the case that nowadays if you just run the client on a PC you might not get a single BTC for many months? Panhandling for a day will bring you far quicker cash.

FTFY.

It isn't hard to get bitcoins.  It is hard to spend PayPal.  Nobody who has bitcoins wants PayPal.  Offer something they might want (such as cash) and you'll find it very easy.

As an example, you can mail U.S. Cash to me, and I'll send you bitcoins in return.  Sounds pretty easy to me.

After some research you will find that there are a number of streamline providers out there to convert your USD to BTC. Competition is getting tough which hopefully will continue to push the bar in regards to getting BTC via a fiat bank. BTC-OTC is something you should look into as well...
