Yeah I do think so. But it is a problem if people who under 18 years old keep gambling because it is definitely illegal. Bitcoiners, in my opinion, have to do something to stop them from gambling. They do not have enough knowledge about what they are doing.

I could say that those verification that we saw when we register into a gambling site that asking our exact age is useless because anyone could really put up anytime a valid age required on which they could easily make an account that's why even minors could really play gambling without any problems.We wont know the exact number of minor ages who are playing gambling online its too hard to traced up.

With bitcoin now people from all over the world are able to gamble because of their anonymity from the public. Now the governments cannot detect any person who are gambling. Because of bitcoin the gambling industry is at the peak of their success.

Yes even though parents are good in guiding their children still the surrounding where the kids are coming altogether with their friends are the most influential individuals and are responsible when a kid learns how to do some crazy things like gambling. and I think it is a bad thing, I mean should bitcoin must tighten the rules and terms when we create your account. yes as a matter of age limits that really must be considered. Because gambling is not a good game to be played by children under the age of 18 are supposed to focus on school. That's why valve did disabled some third party websites for betting with their rares and other items. So I guess this is the reason why they need to stop  that since I stopped playing with valve's steam(dota 2). I usually bet my rares with dota2lounge.com but I don't have any idea if that is still operating because a lot of minors are gambling with their items there.

Internet is the gateway for almost every learning now, you can learn good things in the internet and so as bad things, and access to internet isn't a privileged of the rich anymore, it's now open for all and gambling is not an exemption to that. I really do believe that when a child starts to look for money in the internet, one of the things that comes to their mind is " it should be as easy as a game and no hard work needed."

I want to know if anyone here gambles or have gambled under the age of 18, I feel like there are many kids who do this and I am interested to see how many people actually gamble under 18, if you have any friends that gamble or have gambled under 18 include them.


EDIT: I mean mostly kids online, its hard to be a kid and gamble physically. I feel like the gambling rate for kids is increasing a lot and is gonna be a problem in the future, especially with the CS:GO situation.

well i have seen many kids on online bitcoin gambling websites. even once we all found that there's a kid who is under 18 he got permanent muted from that website. May be he made new account with time and now not exposing his real age like most of the kids do. Gambling is always bad even if you are winning or loosing. With time it becomes habit and you can't live without it. A friend of mine lost like 17 btc on a gambling website and then decided not to quit gambling. He started taking advices from doctors and stuff and now its almost 3 months he is away from gambling. so if kids got addicted to gambling its bad for ourself. Yup in present generation without the internet there is no world. And kids are learning both good and bad things from the internet. And there is no way to stop them because it's a must needed a source for everyone. So we just guide them not to addict any bad activities in online. If they do bad activities outside the home, we can not control them. To be honest, yes, most gamblers are alcoholic, but sometimes, one of this two ( alcoholic or being a gambler ) is the key to start the other. I my self started to drink alcohol first, and later on I started to learn gambling because of my friend maybe because of peer pressure. Lucky that I was never addicted to both of it, but my friends are.
