Been a loyal member on betcoin.tm for over a year now and havnt had too many problens withdrawing my winnings but always had to wait for a rep to manually do it when cash out is suppose to be automatic. It's been 2 days now and I've been trying to withdraw my winnings of over $20,000 but I can't get a hold of any of the reps after several emails also through Skype and Telegram.

Here's some pictures to show proof:

It seems you missed to read that topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1437638.0 scam accusations against the owner, so that it looking you've no chance to get paid in that kind of situation, when everything going bad with this casino and this is very big amount that you have been won there.

That's a huge amount of money but too bad you deposited your $1000 and won that amount in wrong place imho. Have you tried to talk with the live support (if they are still alive)?

Another reason that when you wish to gamble huge amounts of money, you shouldn't do that on an online casino. 20K is probably much more than what they will ever earn through normal means.

Start a scam accusation with all the proof, and also post on other sites to bring it to other people's attention.

Yeah its sad because I've deposited over 15k on this site and always had a problem when I need to cash out large amounts. Should have learned by now :\

I don't think anybody on this forum can help you to get withdraw from site instead of owner of this casino, while this casino already had so many problems before this, than sorry to this there is very smart about this you'll be get paid or even will get back your deposited money back.

You are not the only one who have this kind of situation with betcoin.tm. They were good and I liked their site, awesome promotions, bonuses, poker room with good prizes, but in one moment everything disappeared. They are even not bitcoin gambling site, few months ago they changed to dollars, and you can deposit bitcoins but you play with dollars. Before they had 100 satoshi minimum bet, now its 1 dollar. That is too much for me, and my they didn't give 50 $ in bitcoins to my friend. After his trying and mine, nothing happened. Balance is 0 and support is never online, its like that 2 months.

How did you do that I mean a deposit of $ 1000 and win $ 21,000  might just as they wonder and investigate your bets they suspect a fraud that require inspection IMO. but whatever the reason at least they should respond to your email do not ignore your problem.
Pity they offer lots of promotions but the withdrawal process is very slow

There are at least 3 other users that have reported the same thing. All when their balance is greater than 10BTC.
It's starting to look like they are tryig to block large withdrawals so that people still play, and then put large amounts in and lose it.
It's very suprising that they'd do this now as they have recently updated their site and everything on it and sounded like they wanted to develop it further.

It's fair to say, your money is gone!
Usually they claim to freeze funds and then review what they were gambled on. They have previously frozen funds on two other users and then just deleting them saying it is fraud.
If you are in a country like the UK, US, Canada, Australia or another country where Bitcoin is classed as a currency, you can take them to court as terms and conditions are not legal contracts and if they claim you have had multiple accounts, they can't rob the money from you anyway. The legal fees are probably worth it for $20,000 and if you get a lawyer on something like a no-win-no-fee case basis, then you are most likely to get some of the money back!

(usually court fees are quite small in most cases, the high court in the UK only charge £1000 for a court case and betcoin.tm will be forced to pay this if they lose)!

OK thank you I have full conversation with the admin on Skype and Telegram, do you advice me to show all conversation and make it public to everyone for their own safety and risk of being scammed? And will this honestly hold off in court? I cannot log into my account anymore

This is the admin's address (I think);
Quote
Owner Name    : Massive Luck Investments Limited
Owner OrgName : Massive Luck Investments Limited
Owner Addr    : 66F, The Center, 99 Queen's Rd. Central, Hong Kong
Owner Addr    : Hong Kong

Though that may be the company different to the owner.
If you publish the conversations then that might work in court if you can find the right information.
Usually police can track this incormation if you head to your local police station and give them some information on it they may be able to take over with the investigations if you hand all of your information to them?

i think this is the start of the fall of betcoin casino. there trust as a casino is starting to deteriorate. a lot of issue they can never handle and there signature campaign is also facing a problem lately. i think it is wise to avoid there casino for now.  the owner must clear first there reputation before they started operating their casino , more or less they will be listed in the scam site if they never fix this many scam accusation. keep safe
