Hey Guys, what would be your opinion if there would been Bitcoin shops in big cities like London, Berlin or Paris (also smaller cities). So you could go inside the shop and buy or sell Bitcoin for a good price. I think it would be an good (and an advantage) idea because more people would use Bitcoin so the price would rise up and the people who are owning Bitcoins at the moment would have more money in Bitcoins. Best regards, Patrick First of all users puzzled by where and how to use Bitcoin. Over the past couple of years it has begun a real buzz primarily in Western North Evropyi with the influx of information on the specific web sites of small online stores and even retail giants that they are beginning to accept bitcoin as a payment for services and purchases. So we are going the right way.

And-thats will be advantage. Bitcoin shops will be something great,I hope more cities pick up on that idea and actually do something about it

Therefore, still need to look for opportunities to buy the necessary things for bitcoin on the line.

The demand of bitcoin is just depending its sales and usage so if we are just going to hold all of our bitcoins and not going to use all of them. Then the cycle of bitcoin in the market is going to be lessen because few people are just using it.

I think a physical shop like that would go against the idea of things being digital. Unless it is a shop that also sells merchandise or offers other services, I am not sure if it is something that is going to be a big hit. Maybe, out of curiosity people would visit the place once but if there's nothing interesting in there, it would eventually close.

what OP suggests is a shop to go in an buy with money so if there is the option to do the purchase anonymously like with cash for example i think that is a good benefit of such service since many bitcoin users are looking for it.

The idea is fine but it lacks in practicality IMO, You can easily sell and buy BTC in much easier ways than a physical shop because it's simple and practical overall, a shop does seem like a cute idea overall.

Very strong buzz began primarily in Western Europe and North America over the past few years, the central government and state- owned banks have taken a constructive position regarding bitcoin. This makes me happy.

It would be nice but I think that its never gonna happen, the bitcoin first needs to grow a lot more and than maybe we can look if it gonna happen. Lets hope that we will succeed with this and that it can be made done.

But for how long could this shop remain anonymous? After all as the shop becomes famous then a sting operation will probably happen and everyone that enter the shop could be investigated, not only that but such a shop will probably be considered an exchange and will likely be forced to apply measures like “Know your Client”

hmm sounds like a really cool idea. would this be a private shop? meaning commission on each bitcoin transaction there. Because if not then supporting the shop financially would be hard.

I think it would be great and very awesome thing when a big store or large department stores accept bitcoin, I think not only shop offline, though online stores such as ebay or amazon if they accept bitcoin payments directly of course it would be amazing. I think certainly that is so key thought is bitcoin could become mainstream in the real world

I think if some shops can accept bitcoins then that can be a trendsetter and hence most of the people will follow it, but the question is which big shop will first accept it ? Yes there is risk as they say, but then there are rewards too since their sales will increase a lot.

Probably that will be a way to maintain the shop, but I think if the shop were to be successful, it will probably need to sell bitcoin paraphernalia like shirts and baseball caps with the bitcoin logo and stuff like that.
