Lottery is also playing with luck and that is no control you have in the result. All you can do is that pray that the number you buy will come out. In my opinion i will call this gambling cause you gamble with your luck and not using your skill to improve on your chance of earning more money.

In lottery no skills no strategies no knowledge will work out. Only the luck will make you rich person in a single day. But you have to wait for that lucky day. And yes I agree that putting money in a lottery is gambling. Where ever we put our money in a risk to make a profit it's called gambling. So buying lottery also Gambling. Yes there are more lose because you will definitely waste off thousands of tickets on this kind of game  because chances of winning is soo slim which i really dont tend to buy lottery tickets on the first place because i dont see any chances that i won and instead of buying those tickets i will just  save it  for future. It's nice you were able to analyze it because you track your record in lottery, you are right, though it's just a small amount of money but when it will accumulate it will be bigger than you could imagine. Yeah, if seen in terms of negative indeed most people do gambling will definitely always get the defeat and only a small profit.
