what is the plan? why no pool? why no exchange with more user? why no roadmap?

i cant see any future for PX. i like the idea behind PEX and i hope that idea go to PX but at moment i see nothing for days, weeks or month?

no working pool. i have a solo mining pool at PX and earn with 5gh's every day a lot of coins but the community need a open pool.
Pls at a Pool, a better exchange and a roadmap and pls search a activ DEV they have time for the coin.
