the only one on the list i see is 52.207.86.45

Use getpeerinfo console command. Look for the peers with "height"<370000 blocks and block its with the firewall.

You will see something similar to

Look for the peers with "height"<370000 (~317000) blocks. It's IPs ("addr") you should add to the blacklist of your firewall.

How to do it depends of used OS and anti-virus/firewall/security suite etc. software.

So does anyone know of any other exchanges that are trading this coin?  I'd love to participate in the market with the PX Coin.. but Yobit.net was the only exchange carrying PX and it doesn't look like their wallet is coming back online anytime soon.

I agree.  My only concern is that there were discussions in the Yobit chat thread this morning and a number of Yobit wallets not working and PX coin came up in the conversation.  Some of the Yobit users were saying that some of the wallets have been offline for months with no sign of the wallets coming back online.  Some of the users were saying they've had to sell some of these coins at a loss just so they could transfer currency to a coin they could withdraw.
It's disconcerting for someone that wants to invest, knowing it's the only exchange that's carrying the coin.  I'm holding a fair number of PX coins on my PC wallet, but they're effectively a dead asset if there's no market to trade.

Dear you can try poswallet to Staking your coin. Staking rate not bed. I bought PX at yobit, now cant transfer to my poswallet as yobit wallet main.....Dont know how long it will take.
