Cyrpto vs Fiat

I don't know if this thread has been created before, but I would like to know your opinion on Cryptocurrency versus Fiat.

If you could tell me why too. What are the benefit of each? 

I actually choose both of them. I earn money from crypto because the income I get is higher than income of job I can get here (teaching).

in the other side I still need fiat to buy needs because not many shops accept bitcoin as payment here in my country.

so why don't have both? 

That's right, its better to use both of them and grab the benefits from both, fiat is very convenient to use at offline stores while bitcoin can take care of online transactions.

if it should choose or use, it would have to use both. but for me if as an investment and grow, Cyrpto easier and more profitable.

Yup crypto is really good as an investment as it helps in growing your investment over a  period of time and it can also give best returns in quick time.

i never invest into alternative cryptos to be honest, in my opinion it is better than fiat though i buy only bitcoins

You brought us to far in 2050. I don't know how old are you but in year 2050 many of us here will be very old and lucky to be alive with old considering an age of 55 and above. I see this age or retired persons spend a lot of time on traffic exchanges nowadays trying to make commissions but I hope for us is not the case. Until 2050 I hope many of us have build up an empire thanks to bitcoin as who knows what will be the price of bitcoin in the following years.

Both have their uses. I prefer more crypto because I and only I am in charge of all of my money. Whenever I like I can make a very large transfer without giving account to anyone. Its not the same when you go to the bank and they ask you all sort of things if you wanna move a large sum of money internationally or even locally sometimes. I cannot live my life without crypto that for sure but also without USD which is my currency. Crypto is better as is anonymous and it makes your life much easier.

Crypto  is good for online transfers and for online shopping as it involves very less fess, but for buying physical things I still prefer to go with fiat as its very easy to use and it is accepted everywhere.

Yes, I have the same though as yours, both crypto and fiat money have its own advantages and disadvantages as well. For fiat, it’s easy to use it everywhere that use that kind of currency and you can do anything in real life but you can only use it for some regions because it’s locally.

And for crypto coins, it’s a little bit difficult to use it in real life but it’s very useful when it comes to online stuffs. And we can’t live without both fiat and cryptocurrencies as we take advantage both of them.

For now fiat money will be dominant currency and there is no place to consider otherwise, but if crypto coins will go for the same direction like the past years I think we will see a lot of intresting things .

Yup crypto is really good as an investment as it helps in growing your investment over a  period of time and it can also give best returns in quick time.

It can also make you lose lots of money in a very short amount of time if prices drop for some reason, or if you are caught in a pump-and-dump. I still agree with you for the most part, but it's risky stuff, and unless you're okay with medium to high-risk stuff, I would not do it.

in present time the important of fiat currency cannot be ignore, because the majority of people are using fiat currency, they even have no idea about bitcoin, although it is a fact that the new generation are interested in crypto currency and a time will come when most of the people and specially the new generation will be using crypto currency, but it still will take some time.

Both crypto and fiat have their place in the world as much as people would love to trick themselves into bitcoin replacing fiat in the future, that will never be the case. The two must co-exist and platforms should be developed to ease the mutual use of both currencies. Waves has the right idea, but god awful execution

Yeah actually without crypto man can live now but without fiat it is really hard for one person to give himself the necessities. So this crypto currencies should be used as a means of making life more easier and convenient.

Exactly.  Crypto currency is such a good investment for us and actually it could be used to pay for bills here in our country.  And besides digital currency up to now were not popular to people around the globe.  Fiat is so easy to use and many people are used of it.  They will use it as they know that it really exist that it is the real thing.  Problem with crypto is some people would make it hard to believe that it can do the same thing as fiat currency.  Hope that one day people would be more familiar with crypto as it is really a hassle free currency.

For me cryptos coins/ cryptos currencies are just for instrument of Investment, i can make active income from it although there are high risk in it ( high fluctuating of price). That is the benefit of cryptos currencies for me and The benefit of fiat are i can exchange profit of trading to fiat and make withdrawal it.

I think cryptos coins / cryptos currencies is the same with the money that we use everyday. But because nominally has very good movement and wild then it is utilized for investment because it is very profitable. So it is better if we use it as currency to buy something and at the same time we are also investing. hehe

Wrong, fiat is already dominant from a long time ago, I think before you're born in the world the fiat is already making their domination defeating gold. but crypto will never defeat a fiat, because that is just assisting a fiat.

It would never defeat fiat of course because we are just a small community and fiat is widely accepted in the whole world, people are living using fiat in a daily basis and no restrictions in terms of age, gender, and status in life unlike crypto currency which are very limited in terms of users.

Benefit of each. Bitcoin got no fake right? There is no fake bitcoin but with fiat there have been a lot either it is a Dollar or a Euro or any other currency.

One more is the transactions. When we are sending money it got faster than sending it through fiat like a door to door company. It takes like almost a week before my money come. Good thing Western Union came and the best thing is Bitcoin where it just takes minutes for money to come.

If I had to choose I would go for fiat. Everybody accepts it, and one dollar today will be worth about the same tomorrow. But since I can have both, I take both!

currently i prefer fiat coz i can't use crypto in my daily life and i don't buy digital goods for my crypto. but if in the future, local merchants accepts crypto payments i will definitely go with crypto

All of us we need to choose fiat for every day living and we need to choose crypto if we want to invest in only like bitcoin much trusted crypto currency and it has a great value.

Hard to say crypto vs Fiat, Fiat is the currencies used overall in the world, Regardless of the specific currency, Crypto's are just starting to move and gaining ground, I don't think it's fair to even starting to compare both of them just yet.
