I believe that the panic situation will subdue with time,the last panic dump happened when Bitfinex exchange was hacked and right now bitcoin is consolidating at 560$ i guess.

i think the market is trading in a stable position for some weeks therefore there is no panic like situation in the market and hope that the price of bitcoi n will staring increasing very soon, and this time the bitcoin price is going to cross the all time high level.

mmmm panic dump do you really think that would happen i dontthink there will be allot of people panic the hell out because the drop was not that much as you all can see and i think the same and he is saying the price will be soon higher then at least 600 dollar for sure so dont panic stay strong and keep an eye on the price of the bitcoins for sure.

Yes I agree. It seems that Bitcoin price is rising already little by little. Just need some time to go back to track @ $600 and up. However, $500 and up is still good, the first time I used bitcoin, it's only about $200 to $300, so this fall didn't affect me so much. Few bitcoiners already sold some of their coins due to panic and fear of losing their investment these past few days, I hope they don't regret it.

It will be not that worst if you are going to make an investment now and that is because the value is not even that high so it wont be that bad but it is also not the best time to buy. But the most people with already Bitcoin are waiting for a higher value and that is nice because they can sell it with a lot of profit.

It might take years before we see a new all time high, if ever. For that to happen you need everything to be perfect.

Sentiment, buy support, high volume, maybe even the news reporting about Bitcoin breaking through $1000 again, and the list goes on.

If everything is perfect, then at some point we might see a new all time high again, otherwise we'll keep seeing the price far below $1000 for a very long time.

If you are buying for the long term, it will never bad to buy at this time. because the price of bitcoin basically will continue in the pump and in the future we will see the highest price. but if you want to buy for the short term, are mostly panic to buy now, because prices tend to rise and fall

You only need one event to cause a massive spike in the price, upwards or downwards. The markets will ignore most of the things, when there are

seeing these spikes. Bitcoin can reach $1000 in a few hours, if their is a event driving it. We need a sustained growth over a longer period for

merchants to accept it as a stable currency with low volatility.

yes that is a fact that panic selling is over and now bitcoin is stale for some weeks. and now we are hoping that bitcoin price will increase and that is the reason that the bitcoin volume is a little low as compare to other days, there is significant change in the price of bitcoin and people are not ready to sell their bitcoin in such a low level and they are holding it for high price of bitcoin.

Good strategy! ... but it is unlikely to fall more than this... Maybe you will be awake in a week or two when the coil ends and maybe, a very unlikely maybe will be seeing a 30-40$ dip for a period of 15-20 minutes max. Only if it catches you awake in non-weird hours! But if u'r from the West and China decides to do stuff while you sleep... you should just HODL and sleep without worry!

I might need to sell a few, but definitely not because I'm panicking. It's just that I need some extra money right now and bitcoin is my other option for it. Although I wish I could sell at a higher price, the wait could be long before the price starts hitting over $600 again.

The hackers didn't dump anything. Their main priority is to get the coins off the exchange as soon as possible. They just have the coins in their posession and are most likely mixing them in small batches right now. The hackers would be very stupid if they try to sell down the market as the exchange where they would sell the coins can either block their account, or simply refuse to let the withdrawal of fiat come through since it's fraudulent. This is assuming Bitfinex is really hacked.

which is correct the hackers wannabe will not dumped the coin right away they will make it little by little the price fell down but its now showing some stability
much better to fluctuating from time to time so I guess we are still in good shape and bitcoin is an investment to hold.

I’m pretty sure there is no panic dump going on. We would be looking at bitcoin being below $500 if there really were a significant amount of people dumping their bitcoin. Just a market fluctuations in my opinion. Bitcoin is known for self recovery, these temp dumps will not last for long.
