Do you know what is really the sad story. Coin like OPAIR have more then 200 BTC in ICO and turn out to be scam. Luckily there was a part of the ICO investment covered by a real escrow. Lazarus didn't receive any ICO money and everything is working. Block explorer at launch, website, coin ready on time etc. It looks like all those big ICO BTC projects cannot deliver on time.

Yes, if refund due to non-exchange, I think this way is illogical, ethereum had 1 year for nothing, eth was listed after 1 year of ico ended.

DLISK ICO price was 15sats (for me - as early investors had 50% extra) and It was pumped to 97 sats, and I sold at 80 sats, so that is 6 times or 500% higher. Why would Lazarus nog move 500% higher when there are even less coins...
