Correct, to become a delegate you need to have some coins. The idea around the coin is to have delegates fighting for the forging blocks. Let me do the calculations again on the DPOS part, as I believe I came up to 3 million coins per year extra.

Investor Verification

There are two ways to verify your investment which is important when, for some reason, the investment has to be refunded back to investors.

First way:

Only send Bitcoins from an address you can sign a private message from or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since in case of REFUND you can't proof otherwise that you sent bitcoins when you, for example, sent the bitcoins directly from an Exchange. In that case better send them first to your wallet and then from there to the escrow address.

Second way:

Another alternative to proof your ownership of a payment would be to send me the last 4 numbers of your user id as satoshies in your transaction.

Move your mouse over my username, see my profile id is 18640. You can see yours when you are in your profile and hover the mouse over the links on the left menu. Something like u=18640 in the links show your User-ID. The last 4 digits are 8640. When you add these 4 numbers as satoshies to your payment then it is pretty sure it's your payment too.

For example you want to send 2 bitcoins and your profile id would be 18640 then you send 2.00008640 Bitcoin.

Refunds possible?

Refunds can only be done in case the issuer agrees or there are reasons to stop the ICO by the escrow, because there came up doubts that make the ICO too insecure to proceed.

As long as you did not verify your investment transaction in some way I will see your investment as unverified. Otherwise it could mean a random person could claim an investment as his investment and steal it from a shareholder.

Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. Either by signing a message from the sending bitcoin address or by your investment amount matching your forum user id. See description about verification above.

If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for me and the (potential real) owner of that investment. You would want I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right?

We have dedicated Indian resources available that can do the necessary jobs. I'm not talking about the coin itself as that will be managed by myself and no BTC is necessary for this. The Indian resources are working at around $30 per hour. As you know that some development can take 100 hours then you know that $3000 is needed. I don't have really a target. Depending on the BTC value raised we will be able to hire more developers and do more changes outside the codeset. There is a lot of hype to create applications on the blockchain, so that will be one of the main topics that will be considered. Identifying which application is worth investiging, written a Functional Analyses, creating a design document, do the coding and complete the test plans.

So it is all up to the trust of the community how much they are willing to spend on this coin. The original plan was to run the ICO on C-CEX, but C-CEX software is currently not available, so we have selected SebastianJU to do the escrow. I don't think it will be a major impact on the final results of the ICO.

So yes, there is some inflation but that is good, as more and more people will notice the coin and the demand will move up. BTC also has a inflation rate, and that doesn't hurt.

Please don't put in any money unless you can do an identity verification and maybe a video conference with both of the team members. The escrow is only good until the wallet is out. That just delays the scam a bit, doesn't stop it.

People are calling everything a scam when they cannot make profit. Identification can be fake too, so i'm not sure what people will gain with that? Even video conferences can be fake. I can pay someone $100 to say a few nice words and they will do it. I don't see any point or value in your suggestions. If someone want to scam then they can always scam. There are millions of people that want to do a video conference for $100 and read a text.

People should do their own research and compare risks vs rewards. RISE is also being called as scam because people lost money, and they even had a video conference. The same applies for Waves. There is only one constant here. If people make money then they are happy, when they lose money then they call it scam.

I've a project that requires a certain target to pay my Indian friends to create app for Lazarus. How higher the ICO, how more hours can be paid for the Indian resources and how more innovative solutions can be created.

With 2 BTCs you can do not that much then when you have 20 BTC for sure, but the resources are from Indian, Indian developers that work at pretty cheap price. with 2 BTC we will be somehow limited to a gambling site for Lazarus only. For apps we would need some more BTCs then just those 2 BTCs.

There is/are a lot of scam. Even bigger coins that you thought it wasn't scam became scam without saying any names. The other way around is also true, there are a lot of forgotten small coins that suddenly get a big explosion in their coin price.

I can only say that there is a group of Indian developers available to do some development work. Of course if ICO is only 2 BTC then they will work a few days and money will be gone. If ICO would be 20 BTC then they will work a few months.

Lazarus didn't receive any ICO money and everything is working. Block explorer at launch, website, coin ready on time etc. It looks like all those big ICO BTC projects cannot deliver on time.

Lazarus Python SDK Introduction

All methods in the SDK will return a dictionary. The dictionary will always include "success" and "error" keys.
•"success" : True or False dependent on success.
•"error" : Provided when response is unsuccessful.

Each SDK entry contains an example call to help provide understanding of how to use the call. The examples also include  <field> ; use this for easy identification of what needs to be changed for the call to function.

Basics

Whenever you use the SDK you will need to import it into whatever code you are working on. After which you will need to set the host. Below is an example of importing the lazarussdk for use and setting the host to localhost on port 5555.
