Your right they are different but there is bad effect if you are addicted if you have no money or funds in your wallet you will find other way to have bad effects can be like you will scam someone here or taking a loan to risk your account for gambling or you will think to snatch money to other people just to gamble.

Yes, unfortunately there are people in a grave need of assist. These people do not necessarily need medication, they only need to be taught how to stop when you've got past the affordable amount. Some of them are working for a job, which means they're losing time basically trying to earn at least as much as they lost. Today $100, tomorrow $10 and so on.. And at the end of the month, you lost $1.5k. Well, next month you'll want to win it back and you keep losing until you become homeless... It's very dangerous if you don't know how to play it.

If someone is disciplined/can control oneself they might not even need blocking of sites. i was addicted once and the fear of losing money made me somewhat addiction free, so now i rarely gamble.

True. Stress, lack of sleep and not eating at the right time will make you sick. When you are gambling you wont notice it anymore. Sometimes you will get out and didnt know it is already night time and you havent eaten yet.
