i think it is not such an easy job to quit gambling and specially if you are addicted.

There are no such easy way that you really want to quit gambling its not like in relation ship that if you want to quit you are going to quit it by process and if you are going to quit in gambling make sure that you will never back then because it will make you more addicted.

It's really difficult to quit gambling because our life is influenced by different factors and not only gambling. Because they do not quit for good and they are not too serious in quitting, the temptation is really there although you have quit gambling already but you let yourself influence with any gambling related games, your desire to gamble will be awaken and you will gamble again, I guess with that attitude it is a repetitive process.

It is a lifelong process. You can quit for now but that does not means that the addiction wont come back. You may need to learn how to let go now and how to overcome the constant urge that want you to go back to play.

it is not that easy so if it's possible the best thing to do is not to get addicted in the first place by implementing self control while you still can because when you get addicted to gambling, it's almost impossible to quit as you're going to be thinking of it most of the time and the urge to continue would be stronger the more time you try to avoid playing

Well i think that would already be for severe gambling addiction. For quitting it think you have to start by just limiting your gambling activities at first. It would be very hard if you're going to quit instantly as your body will be so used to it that you may experience other problems like withdrawals. So for starters, i think just try to lessen gambling until you won't crave for it anymore. Then it would be a lot easier to quit. Same for other kinds of addiction
