Gambling is worth playing if  you are aiming for  entertainment and nothing  more but  if you are  aiming for profits then  its a different story  hence its  really impossible to make  stable  profits on gambling and you would always end up broke  on the  long  run. In your  situation convince your friend  to stop  gambling  immediately before its too late.

I think no one can stop you from gambling whether its friend or anyone, better self assessment is the best way to quit gambling and if someone is addicted so badly then obviously its not worth to gamble for him or her. My friends are there in real life where some actually bet for profit while some are having fun, they call me we watch sports and have part if he wins

but to me for some people gambling is a kind of good investment and they really making good money from. but making money from gambling is not every one's job, it really need good skill and experience of gambling.

Of course, it's worth. I do gambling just for entertainment not to make money. And I will play gambling to come out from daily work stress. So for this, i am ready to spend few coins in gambling. If I make any profit, I am very happy that day, if I lose my bet I just take it easy.

It depends on the perspective of the person that who are used to gamble.. For me it's worth playing.. it makes me sometimes feel relax because of the fun that it brings to me so neither I lose or win my feelings will still be the same. Theirs no way we can get fun on gambling if we lose on betting and losing of that is totally wrecking and surely people will be pissed of since they can't take the lose they get im some bad matters, and eventhough people keep saying that they only want fun but deep inside in their heart and minds are they doesn't get what they wanted since gambling is not a fund filled game.
