Please limit this thread only to people who ordered and haven't received a unit or tracking/shipment information about their order. Only information pertinent should be posted, the rest will be pruned if deemed irrelevant.

Please post your order number and your order date. Please note if you do not wish for Avalon to publicly confirm your order status. Otherwise this is a request for Avalon team to do so.

If you receive your units, or get information please update OP.

Please post if you have had any communication, or posted a support ticket or called DHL or EMS about your order.

It's sad it has to come to this but it's necessary since avalon is pumping batch 3 buyers, while the "+trust" batch one buyers are still in the dark and batch 2 is taking a "break".

Bitsyncom, Dr Zhang : please respond and let everyone know what's going on and confirm orders have been shipped or not if the user requested. We don't want to shame you, we only want a little information and some answers. A simple response such as "shipped date,DHL"or "shipped date,EMS" is sufficient.

OP will be updated as much as possible.

Tripper22 Order 20000152 placed and paid on September 23rd 2012. My submitted address information and phone number are correct.

Numerous emails, private messages and 1 support ticket. No response from Yifu. I have called DHL everyday for the last 2 weeks and they have nothing for me in their system.

I know the Avalon team is busy, but they could give us a quick response. I am very surprised that with my low order number and quick payment that nothing is coming for me. I know that orders and payments well after mine have been shipped and received. How is this fair to people that placed orders quickly and paid quickly? Batch 1 early on was about trust with a payment method that could not be reversed. I paid quickly because I knew Dr Zhang had delivered consistently in the past. It appears that your order number and how quickly you pay has no effect on how quickly you will receive your Avalon. This delay is obviously costing me a lot of bitcoins.

Edit: I submitted another support ticket as requested in the last Avalon newsletter.

PS: Just read from Russian tree of this forum, that ngzhang in person told client with 4 units order (country: Belarus) about customs problems with his units and offered help with that. Is that customer was special?

Order 200000381 paid with BTC October 3rd, 2012

Ticket opened on support.avalon-asic.com five days ago after I saw later orders being delivered, got an answer immediately telling me that my address/telephone number could be wrong and to send it again.

I've asked for a tracking number because DHL does not even search for a package for me without tracking number (I've tried several times, to no avail).

I'm waiting for tracking and/or delivery.

One machine, the cards came loose. screws stripped out of heatsink that hold it in place. Bashed the shit out of everything inside. I think I've salvaged it.. maybe.

One machine is fine, blending well. Cheesy

Give them your name and address and they will let you know if you have anything coming. I'm still waiting and I have no new information from BitSyncom.

I think that their shipping and order management is a clown show. They should reimburse customers for substantial loses due to their mistakes.

Well it seems like they really dont care. If you get it great. If you dont... Well maybe they will look into it. They have plenty of time for posting online when they wish, giving an interview, or whatever... But making sure batch 1 customers who gave them VALUABLE TRUST and money... Eh... They will ignore you, maybe get you your gear, or perhaps if u dont chase them down and beg, maybe nothing at all.

They have reached the too big for their britches stage. But eh, money will do that to ppl.

Good luck. I realize, if i was you, i would be sad about not being able to mine with fast gear and not knowing why. You took some risk and still no reward. They have their reward 3 times over now.

Some hopeless people even try to give Yifu some money, to make delivery faster Smiley
Yifu, if you said that 90% (270) of units were already delivered to customers, please take a time and do some manual work to satisfy customers of 30 undelivered units. And give us tracking #.

It's a really shitty situation and it appears that BitSyncom / Yifu doesn't give two shits. I can't think of anything else I can do to get this rectified. It's good to know people understand what I am going through. Thanks.
