Nah if Yifu took CS advice from Josh, he would be here everyday indiscriminately calling everyone dicks  Smiley

At least that acknowledges that he read your post.  Is that better customer service?   Huh

then i apologize.   If you look at the chip thread there are people that sent avalon over $80,000 for chips and cannot even get the "honor" of getting an email reply.   Yifu must have hired Josh to teach him how to deal with customers.
Think about the lost revenue that anti76 by not having his 6 units a month ago, $80,000 is probably in the ballpark.
But actually I'm more concerned about my lost revenue from my undelivered single unit...
Most people got their Batch I two months ago....
So, 6 units X 67 GH/s = 402 GH/s
Over the last two months, he would have averaged 0.6% of the total network.....
3600 BTC X 60 days X 0.006 = 1,296 BTC.   Ouch.   I would be pissed.

He paid 3 moths after deal was closed so I wouldn't wonder.

oh LOL.   I had forgot about the people that entered orders because they found the cart still worked after it was clear a product was coming.   God, so many tributaries off the asic river of drama.

Yes, but in his case he ordered during batch 1 time, then disappeared. And 3 months later popped out of nowhere asking Yifu permission to pay for that order which at that time should have been cancelled twenty times. Good case about doing good for strangers Smiley

Anti76 found out his initial order that was not paid had not been cancelled and after he
figured out Avalon was a sure thing to deliver units (after bASIC had gone bust), he
insisted on completing the wire transfer

Yah, so no Avalon for me.  Except I paid in October, right after I ordered.

C'mon Avalon, toss me a cookie, let me know that my order exists and whether it's going to ever ship.

in my defense - asked to pay or not. after the payment of the money came and asked to wait for goods? All received a positive response.

Since then, nothing.

Here's what I constantly grumbling that did not get out of this, some have learned that incorrect data in Avalon on delivery and they are all taken.
