1000 BTC is my goal to achieve when investing in the cryptocurrency market. Although things are going very hard, I still try my best to achieve my goal. I think that when I achieve my goals I will use the money I earn to do the things that I love and a large part I will use for charity that is my biggest dream.

it depends to your buy and sell in altcoin and your sharpness of fundamenal analysis of market
if you bought NEM last year for two bitcoins it may you have 1000 bitcoins this year.

You are a Legendary member of this forum, so the question is strange. No, 1000 BTC are not possible in a reasonable period of time unless you really hit the jackpot with all your money into the project. |

I think that with a constantly changing and unpredictable market, I think we should not trade bitcoin but use bitcoin to invest in altcoin. There are many potential altcoin projects that can thrive in 2018 that you can buy and hold for long periods of time. I know some projects like ETH, NEO, XRP. Currently these three projects are having very good cockroaches so you can buy in. Good luck |

I know it can happen and this crash situation is one of those that can make it happen. Because everything is cheap, you can take advantage of accumulating those super sale altcoins and when it rise again, you are starting to get closer reaching 1000 btc but expect that it still takes time.

I bet its possible to make that money with trading, but only if you invest a lot. In this case if you invest 1000 BTC you can make double that amount with trading, in this moment this is half million dollars. Who is ready to invest that much in some alt and wait that alt to rise, where you will sell that alt later?
Theoretically this is possible, but in reality I think its very hard for someone to make this. Maybe on a long run, starting with small amounts and in several different sites this can be done.

I think it can't happen, that means 70% of the people left BTC and the people who has the biggest port also leaved, it won't happen unless something impossible happens.

That is a pretty long way ride there that you are planning my friend, maybe if you are a sure trader than has a win rate every time, that may be possible, but if you are a moderate trader maybe you will take years to achieve that 100btc. |

I am always positive and yes very possible. But to achieve it needs more effort,patience and luck.As long as we have income opportunities in bitcoin,also bitcoin economic activity like trading, there is a big chance to reach it. If luck on our side, if our trades going well, then one day we can reach that. Just always be optimistic.

Yes there are many earlier adopters like that. However do you really think they held all the way from $1 to $20000. Most of the people from 2011 and 2012 sold during the BTC bubbles of 2012 or 2013. Or they left it on MtGox |

Or they left it on MtGox Haha, I agree with you, not many people still keep Bitcoin when the price of Bitcoin reached $1,300 in that bubble. But maybe, those who sold their Bitcoin at that high price can buy Bitcoin again at low price when MtGox breakdown and the Bitcoin dumped to $1xx price range. They can be the whale, so, they know when they must to buy and hold Bitcoin, IMO. |

I think if you want to buy altcoin and keep for a long time then I have a very potential project in 2018 and now also top10 on https://coinmarketcap.com/, it is NEO. NEO is a Chinese project and broadly respected by the community, it can be seen that NEO is considered by everyone to be regarded as ETH 2.0 and is growing very strongly in 2018. At present there will be at least 50 NEO-based ICO projects will be operational this year. Therefore, NEO prices will rise sharply this year and may reach $ 4000-5000 per NEO. |

Or they left it on MtGox good point,most of holders can keep bitcoin for long but when reachers a 100-300% of profit for sure they will sell all of those and wait for another dump imagine if you bought $1000 the after a months turn to $3,000 to $5000 will you still keep of course they will surely withdraw from holding being afraid to dump again |

Both are very difficult but it also depends on how much your capital to trade or to buy bitcoin, I often see altcoin prices go up even up to 1000% in some exchangers like yobit but the decline is also high. |

To make 1000 btc from altcoins u will have to invest good amount in some good coins. some of the coins whos value should be very much higher from current rate those are XRP, ETH, LTC, BCC, NEO etc investing in these coin in good quantity can give you superb returns in future. but there is no surety that u will make 1000btc out of it

I think it's okay, I'm going to have to come in to your mind since then you should start 2016. Buy 100 bitcoin and now 2018 x10 would be your bitcoin because now the price of bitcoin has just increased the price because bitcoin was at 1k dollars, so it's still cheap and you can afford the price.
