can we use nicehash or mining rig rentals to mine this?
This coin uses unique algo (Thor's Riddle), nicehash does not support it

so is VLT still the next pasc or naw ?

i don't think so, no real room for a pump and dump the value is already high, pascal is at 35k satoshi this has the same value, perhaps it can go as high as 100k statoshi like pascal did if it hit poloniex, but i see that this happen very rarely

You do know that pascal has like 11 times the amount of coins of VLT right?

but what about the daily supply? people don't ever take it in consideration but it's more important than the marketcap, if miners for both coins are producing and dumping the same amount of coins converted in bitcoin, you have the same pressure on both and the price will remain the same

According to Coin Info 30 minute block time with 15∀ to block 10752. Right now we are at block 8466. That's 720 VLT daily being mined. With Yobit being the only exchange and their wallet having been in constant maintenance mode until pretty much today it's hard to tell what's really going on in the market. If they can keep their wallet up it'll be interesting to see what happens.

it look like few btc are dumped from miners versus pascal that has 15k coins per day produced vs 720 veltor, this means tht veltor should be 20x higher , but i highly doubt it will go to 700k satoshi anytime soon, but you have a point yes

Jason Voorhees? Lmao the person who asked u to come up with this bullshit deserves to be duked and ousted for what they did. I know nothing about ur affairs and Jasons involvement with veltor but I have a gut feeling that hes lame 70 yo man wearing cheerleader dress and cowboy hat. I cant think of any context in which saying that jason was busy polishing the code and wrapping it all up would make any sense. Hes not with us anymore, check his last posts on reddit, they appear to be in r/deadredditors sub.

Hello guys.

Jason asked me to come over and say hi. As you can all see, Jason has become increasingly busy defining the Veltor vision. I started helping him out a bit on things like the website, reviewing his Sunday updates and editing his ideas into text. As of this week, he gave me access to the new Veltor source code and I will do my best to contribute to Jason's work. We have also started discussions about building an entire team around the new vision, because I think it's just too big for even a genius like Jason to accomplish alone.

I think this project is on a great track with many opportunities opening up, so definitely stay tuned for the next 6-8 months.

As a small teaser, here is a small preview of the new website I am working on:

Cool. Good to take some workload from dev, especially aesthetics.

Any ETA on completion of website?

Ya, I don't see 700k anytime soon either, but if development continues as planned it is definitely within reach long term. I'm long on VLT anyways, filling my bags in the meantime. With the comparisons to PASC I'll just leave this here....Both PASC & VLT had identical ANN dates here on Bitcointalk, 8/12/16, even further only 2 hours apart....
