cant transfer from cryptopia to polo, needs to go through offline wallet first?  Doesn't work either. |

4. Payload (Encrypted with dest. account public key) -- Payload data is Your PascalCoin Payment ID that provided by polo ?
did everything is correct for sending on polo?
Yes, but you look in Transaction History to see what level its in at Poloniex, it's taking over 2 hours. |
