ya nanopool is not updating the stats... or at least it hasn't changed for me in over an hour  Yet my miners continue to hash and find blocks/shares. Strange, just hope we are getting our credit for our shares correctly.

Check the target.  Currently its 327A4348

Take the first 2 bits "32" and change from HEX into DEC and you get 50

Take

2^50= 1,125,899,906,842,624 hashes

Now look at the 3rd bit, its 7. Take 7 / 16 = 0.4375

Take 0.4375 * 1,125,899,906,842,624 = 492,581,209,243,648

Add that to the original 2^50

1,125,899,906,842,624 + 492,581,209,243,648 = 1,618,481,116,086,272 hashes on average to find 1 block.

If your farm is 1 GH/s

1,618,481.116086272 seconds to find a block

Or 26,974.685268104533333333333333333 Minutes to find a block

Or 449.57808780174222222222222222222 Hours to find a block

Or 18.7 Days to find a block.




So as usual as soon as a pool arrives the coins profitability is down the tubes and profitability is equal to ZEC, ETH and XMR mining right now. Unless the difficulty goes down or price goes back up.

What is the real global hashrate??

On the Pascal Block explorer is 4.7 TH, but just nano is 8.7 TH.

 

wooho 9,05 TH on nanopool, 4 hours ago was 250 GH ... whattomine show global nethash 9,07 ... all hashrate from nanopool ;-)
I think rather after first pool big mining farms decided to join party and just sites not refreshed global nethash stats (pascal block explorer never show right amount)

Analyzing the numbers of the nanopool, contrary to what it was previously thought, it seems that with the appearance of a pool it was even more unfair for small miners.

In solo minning even with that huge hashrate, he had to count on "luck", now no more.

With just 6 AMD cards i found 3 blocks in the past 3 days.

With my 5 AMD cards i found 0 blocks in past 3 days, never had luck to coins, always prices rising after i sell or always miss some trains etc.. Tryed many times solo with new coins, never got any block
For me pool is good, cause i get at least any coins, at least now when party is over ;-)

i have like 40% of my miner total hash reported on pool, crap

I have 4 rigs, that should have 19,600 h/s.
Nanopool only show 12,100 h/s.

Maybe it just needs time to update, it only been about 20 minutes.
I'll report back in 1 hour.

For me  displayed small hashrate for 3 hours. I have a 3600 MH / s and now shows 624 Mh / s.

After mining on Nanopool for 2 hours, the hashrate has normalized.
Nanopool showing 19,344 h/s
Miner showing 19,600 h/s

With a pool luck is no longer a factor so all that HUGE hash rate comes pouring in.

Profit still isn't that bad yet.

This coin can be dual mined with eth or other memory intensive coins, profit will be almost dead once that happens.

This coin is a modified sha256 algo so im not sure what that requires to make them compatible bitcoin asics but its game over once that happens.

Really the show is already over and the curtains are starting to close, so maybe we will get lucky on the next big hit.  2017 is only just beginning

4 GH/s here.. nanopool estimates 440 coins per month. Which aligns really well with the calculation of profitability shown by someone before. 440 coins * 0.0008BTC = 0.352 BTC per month < which is less than dual mining ETH .. So basically the profitability is lower than Ether ..

Ethereum mining stability is solid for me.. so I am done playing with Pascal.

Anyone else's stats page not updating on Nanopool. Its stuck here. Have no idea of actual earnings. Miners still are hashing and producing though.

Edit: Their homepage pool stats did update about 10 minutes ago or so...

I'm kinda mixing it up a little...for the moment anyways..... I peeled off 3 miner rigs to test this coin with. The rest of farm is still mining my bread and butter coins   But curiosity overwhelmed me to play with this coin lol... so here we all are

I'm getting the same error with 480's.  The only way I can get them to mine is with -d 0,0,0,0,0 and they are hasing at 100 mh/s vs 200+ on 280x's, only differance was my error said valid values 0..1.
This miner is very immature.
