CMC also listed Antshares as 50MM, not counting the 50MM locked supply.  And Singular as 600MM, not counting 400MM locked supply

These are two other tokens that have official agreements to keep part of the supply locked for some time.

However, it seems kind of arbitrary because there are many coins with big chunks of the supply unofficially locked like Ripple, Dash, Steem

It makes sense to set the line at anything that is possible to transfer to an exchange, should be included in the supply

I'm not sure if Iconomi supply is literally locked by smart contract, so it's not possible to send it to exchange even if they wanted to
