I was very impressed with the super fast delivery of my plastic card.

Is there any reason why there is no feature for holding BTC balances? I had a bit of trouble loading my dollar balance by sending bitcoin, and thought that it might be simpler to have a BTC balance to then transfer to fiat card balances.

you can ask your friend in country which we supporting to get your card and forward the card for you
or you can using mail forward service (we can not give you any advice further on this )

After reading this post a question came to my mind that my friend is living in a country which is in your supporting list. Now if I order a card with my name and give the address of him then will it work?

I think it is not allowed at any place as the uquid will send the card on the name at which they will register your card and the postal company will not give your parcel to any other person. But if Uquid register your card on your name and they will send it on your friend name then it is possible that you get the card in that way.

I wrote to support asking why these 2 operations ate just about 230$ and here is an answer:

Please noted that when you exchange money you have to follow our bank
rate and + 3% convert fees charge by bank. (we never encourage any
customer exchange too much because you will lost much in fees charge by
bank ) our system only charge 0.5% fees on top of 3% bank fees.
We strongly advice you deposit usd and load fund direct with your USD
fund, please no using exchange system which will make you lost in
exchange transaction

disappointed. wtf, I never ever lost 230$ by simply exchanging a small amount of usd (988$) to euro and back just using a payment system's account without even reaching any cards.
also, 230$ is definitely not 3% of 988$, nor 700 euros....

Also what i specially disliked and they haven't described it in any visible form:
- i can't load more than 1000usd per 24 hours to the account's balance (not a card), system says I've exceed the limit i wasn't aware of.
- I can't make any daily account/cards turnover that exceeds 1000$, the system says i am out of limit.
- i can't withdraw my money in bitcoins

General:
if you want fast and serious service, this one is not what you look for.

it seem you exchange out and back many time, you should deposit usd and load into your card with usd to avoid of low exchange rate from bank
you can deposit with no limit but you have limit for loading your card (2 times per day)
you can withdraw money back to bitcoin via our exchanger parter

yes our card is international card therefore, it will 100% work and you can ask your friend send it to you for using in your place

Everybody should know that if you lose your login details like account id and security code and pin, than there is no way to recover it and you can kiss your money goodbye. In this situation i am now.
I have money in my balance and have their CC and ID verified account and lost the file in which i was keeping login details.
Contacted costumer support- they asked to specify the last transactions to verify identity. I gave that info to them. After that they never came back to me. I sent 5 or 6 requests to them already and they did not respond to any. They never came back to me. Its 2 weeks i can not get in touch to them as they are not responding. Out of patience.. Useless and sh*test customer support ever.
