Responded. In general I think it would be great if we allow people with private keys in the genesis to sign messages such as "I hereby transfer <X> amount of XRB to address <Y>". And then allow that to be included in the genesis as a first transaction.

This can also allow a foundation to be created, before main net launch, as I would be willing to donate a % of XEL, as well as I may want to give up a small % of the holding.

Of course, it would have been great if EK spent couple of days to automate this kind of trading through genesis block modification. I am perfectly sure it wont take more than that, as its pretty easy, especially for a developer of his scale.
In fact, I have offered that here few months ago (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1589333.msg16991354#msg16991354), but got zero responce. I suppose EK is just isn't interested in doing that, and by some reason community is not thinking in that direction at all (instead of posting here useless and sure-risky sell offers, it would have been more useful to kindly ask devs to implement this trading mechanism).

I guess nobody wants to actively implement that because he would immediately go from coder to service provider. Thanks, thats exactly what I expected to be your position on this . And that is completely understandable and sure we all respect that 100%.
If community is indeed interested in trading, I suppose it could at least show its interest in developing the means for that (as a first step), so someone could step up and offer his services. Up to now I don't see much interest in trading coming from core members of community, so I guess its ok the way it is...

As to your statement "I don't run any service (and never will)"  - never say "never" . Coding is great fun, but with some years passing you may find other things becoming more interesting to you... Having more diverse experience could be much more fun than doing the same thing, even if that thing is what you like the most. Sorry for offtopic... I'm just speaking from my own experience, and though I cannot be perfectly sure it will apply to you too, but I guess it could

XEL will EASILY hit 1$ per coin, thats an mcap of 100million. This will be the short term price. Looking to the tech it really has much more potential. I think with good management and so on, XEL can reach a $1 billion marketcap in a few years and even more than that.
