Clear this config file please, it's unnecessary.  Neos for example, was never scrypt.  You can unlock the wallet from the Qt and dump the keys via the console.  If you still have issues with this, I'd be more than happy to teamviewer in and help if you'd like.

Ok, no problem. I only added the conf file to try to resolve the "rpc server was not started" error. Any further assistance is greatly appreciated!

hmmm...only 70 000 NEOS sell at POLONIEX, and 5000 need for Masternode (i am 100 % IT noob but in general i understand whats about)

so every 1 new investor wanting to be a Masternode is like 25 - 30 % PUMP price 

I am happy that i had invest 1000 $ here, a im already 45 % UP and i expect that price will grow in the upcoming days and weeks (except if folks in top 100 list who are new milioneires doesnt dump and spend on escort and drugs hahahhahaa)

I have been contributing to this, but it's because I need to free up some BTC and take some profit.  I have been in this coin for a loooooooooong time and have nothing but the highest hopes and expectations for it.  The devs are pro, they have the work to back it up, and there is nowhere to go but up.
