I got the same problem. Cashed out the remaining 50% of my coins on April 29th and they are still sitting in Que. I thought we had 2-3 weeks after the first 50% could be paid out to withdraw the remaining funds. Are we ever going to be able to get that money back? I hope so.

Probably not, as he didn't have enough coins to cover the finances of the pool in the first place. What happened was that he had a set amount to attempt to pay miners. The first 50% went ok, there were enough coins to cover that. Then 2 weeks later he opened up the remaining 50% of balances in a first-come first-serve basis. That lasted until the coins in the wallet ran out. You missed out.

This is what happens when a pool goes bankrupt. Well, when anything goes bankrupt, really. It was as fair as it could have been made. It wasn't ideal, as lots of people like you lost coins, but really, who keeps a lot of coins in a pool anyway? A lesson maybe?

Too bad I left my pocket change on this pool and hadn't checked in for a year... Balance 0.04906911 is not insignificant now...
