I think you are confusing bitcoin with some other concept or probably with financial aid or something. See bitcoin is basically next form of money so it is a cryptocurrency. It has some features which uplift the transactions on international level and it transforms the way we use to transact.
Bitcoin won’t do any right or wrong thing but the users would do it, so if someone is donating his bitcoins in poor countries then we can safely say yes it’s helping those countries but that would be the micro case. Bitcoin will help everyone in the same manner but with some more benefits that traditional money does.
them being able to use bitcoin instead of their costly ways of doing payments can save them quite some money if you look at it from a monthly point of view. but it will be on a personal level, and not so much on a country level.

this is also what i always try to say. if bitcoin is just the medium transporting the help, then bitcoin is not helping. if in the process of helping you can replace bitcoin with something different and the outcome is the same, than bitcoin is not helping. let us say i send bitcoin to a poor country to help, then money could have also done the trick. hence bitcoin did not help. but if i send bitcoin because they need to be there in 4 hours and it is sunday, then bitcoin is helping since this would not be possible with a bank.

Yes bitcoin can be use to help the poor countries but we can start here by helping the needy in the country were I come we have so many families lost this properties & families through boko haram crisis they are now in idp camps surviving to start a new life and get a new home but presently they dont have much food to eat because our economic is in recession so friends you can donate your little to put food and smiles on one or many families here you can donate to 1GvSYyTybVjGXjJGi8KDXRroxA4o1kZqvU
Where do you live? Have any website or a thing like that to all of us check the project? It's hard to trust anyone here...

It is not compulsory that the government should start to earn bitcoins in order to help poor countries, if the people of that country start earning bitcoins then with that the regulation of money on large scale in that country will appear to start and so the government and other people will start to get the opportunity of work and will also get profit.

Governments will never work with, or incorporate Bitcoin in their with iron fist ruled system. Bitcoin offers the people too much freedom. Exactly something governments don't want you to have. Especially not in poor countries where the governments are corrupt to the core. That's why they are trying to push back Bitcoin to not let their economy "suffer".

i think bitcoin can't help poor countries because this currency which is online will not go intself in that part of countries which are poor . but opposite of it , it can help a poor man to earn some money .

What about if they create their own altcoin? They can have all control... Well, government always will f**k the people...

Well yes it can help a lot to the poor country's but it depends on the government of a certain country on how they can spread out the uses of bitcoin in terms of using as fiat money.as long that the citizen know the importance of using bitcoin it will help a lot on the economy of a certain country.they just educate them on using bitcoin.

I do not think so, bitcoin are required gadgets and internet connection to access and to work with and if the people in that poor country can not afford that i think bitcoin can not help them.

Poor countries need a very optimistic government towards new tech so that they can embrace bitcoin like tecnology and support mining bitcoin to generate free foreign currency which they can use to increase their USD holdings to become stronger economically. But most of the poor countries are poor due to corrupt political system and political unsatability and they don't have enough time to consider and learn about bitcoin.
I do believe that Bitcoin can somewhat help some poor countries but only to a certain degree because helping those countries requires allot of money. It can definitely come with some support but Bitcoin cannot do it alone.

of course it could, depending on the intentions of each. if you have a lot of bitcoin, you can contribute to the needs of the poor? it depends on your intention is not it? if I have a lot of my bitcoin will be donated to the poor .. hopefully ..

The condition of the poverty of each country was always there, bitcoin can only be helpful if there is a big community has being established in the country, I think there is a chance that bitcoin can help level of poverty of the country but if has no community of bitcoin it is useless only.

That is, if the government of each country will adopt the system and benefits of bitcoins. And what do you mean by they will be easier to get a job? or you mean if all companies will also do the same thing of adopting the system of bitcoin it will be easy for us a bitcoin enthusiast can easily get a job.

That will only happen if the government will provide. But that is way impossible. Who will use their funds for a project that he knows might not click. So better stay on the safe zone and just keep the money from the people.

In general it will help the poor countries under the remittance aspect, when you transfer money from poor countries you will have to pay a big charges to the sharks(big remittance center) so if they will use bitcoin they will be able to save and their economy will progress.
