it's not giving help to countries themselves but can significantly help the citizens of such countries earn money and therefore improving the foreign currency reserves of such countries if people use it, Directly I think it doesn't significantly impact countries though.

If it means bitcoin can help poor countries become rich someday, then it cant. But if the question is "can bitcoin make people's life in poor countries become easier?", the answer is yes. I think thats one of the purposes why bitcoin is created.

Bitcoin could help poor countries obviously but it depends in what way. Maybe if we would all have the same currency then the 3rd world countries could get a little bit higher up and try to fix the country more but most countries 3rd world are corrupted though.

It could be with tge help of some government parties. There are fields who are best with this kind of helping poor people from different parts of the countries. I think you would need to connect with them for safe issues. You wont be really sure with just posers on some social media.

Sure it could help, and one example is Brazil and Argentina. Many people don't feel confidence in their official currency, so they buy Bitcoins. And in a matter where you will have a inflation hate in the house of 12% in Brazil, Bitcoins had just 4%. So it was in Venezuela. Many Latam countries has this profile and people who are brave and who follow the world news (and it's the minority of people in this countries) got a bettet condition because they exchanged money long time ago, so they did the investment when their currency had some value. Many people reached the possibility of getting out of their hellish countries like Venezuela, and many don't lose a sack of money by the misgovernment and the disrupt in their local economies.

No, bitcoin has all the potential to help both country and its people. It may help a country by re-infrastructure its financial system, like what was prescribed to Greece when it had faced economical crisis last year. Similarly bitcoin might help a country's people, to earn better by providing them some proper opportunities up to their knowledge and feasibility.

I think no, bitcoin can't help a poor countries. But definitely you help a poor person through bitcoin. Though bitcoin is being popular in the country but not all people use to it. You can help a person by introducing a bitcoin on how to earn in bitcoin. On how to earn profit in bitcoin

i don't think it can because to give everyone in the poor country the ability to send and receive bitcoins. it would require internet access all over the country and everyone would need a smart device. bitcoin is the currency of the future, i dont think it fits best for third world countries.

No, you can send and receive bitcoins without internet using a 3rd party. What about the taxes to this 3rd party? A lot of money going to the trash? The poor people are the most taxed people.

No, you can send and receive bitcoins without internet using a 3rd party. 3rd party? Can you tell what is that? Bitcoin is useless without internet. Even they can send this possibly without internet, how will they able to use it without an active data connection?

I think they are saying something like speculation, for example you paid to a 3rd party buy the bitcoin for you, and you store it in a pen drive for example and keep it safe for 10-20 years... However I don't think it's a solution.

We have to accept the fact that bitcoin is only for online transaction, and since majority of the transaction in this world are not made online so it would not help the majority of people, the only people who will be benefited with this is those who regularly do online transactions, remittances could be a great help for the poor countries.

Yes or maybe buying a hardware wallet which has bitcoin loaded. But like I said even that is possible, it's really useless since what is the use of having bitcoin if there's no internet around. Just to wait for price increase? Hmm not a good idea in my case since Im doing something to my coins whenever there is a large price movement increase.

I know that majority of the individual members here will answer no, including me that bitcoin cannot help the poor country in their situation of their poverty. unless the community will adopt the system of bitcoin, I think if that happen their poverty position will have a chance to change.

yes i think it can help but not so much, because poor countries have no facilities of computers and internet, and without computer and internet we cannot even think about the bitcoin without internet.
Indeed I think it can help out a little bit too maybe by them using the currency the country would get more rich. Or if they invest in it then they could make money like this also and then the country could be more developed.

Bitcoin is digital money. If these poor countries don't have the means to mine coins themselves or earn via some other way what will change if they adopt Bitcoin or any other crypto currency? I think basically nothing. To make more money you need money initially. If they are poor from the start they will continue to be poor for a very long time with or without Bitcoin.
