I also do not think that it can happen but we of course have to see this, maybe it can its all about the future of the bitcoin. These people could not afford the bitcoin to be honest so I do also not think it can honestly.

Yes can help. If people have a good heart. Many people think that those who live in poor countries are very poor to the point of not having a computer, a mobile phone and internet, but people are mistaken because they have never seen how the poor countries are.
Going to answer your question.
Imagine the following:
A Mozambican citizen goes to Google and searches "how to make money on the internet?" And google shows you exchange site like poloniex. The Mozambican citizen decides to deepen more knowledge about bitcoin and knows bitcointalk. Knowing the forum bitcointalk and deepening their knowledge about trade and bitcoin. The Mozambican citizen becomes a successful man and creates in his country an orphanage to care for needy children, creates service companies and spreads information about bitcoin in his country so that more people benefit from this technology.
Note that with just one person and with the knowledge about bitcoin and its potentiality it is possible to help many people. People from poor countries. The main question is: What does each one of us do to improve their own country?

You are partially right. Each of us can help, of course, in our own country, educate people about Bitcoin, show them the way etc. But, Bitcoin is very long term project and poor people need help right now. So, you can't give them just info about Bitcoin and say to them: ''Bitcoin is long term solution for you, just collect it''. They usually need medical help, help with education, job etc. Bitcoin may be next step for them, when they have some basis for life.

The very big advantage of Bitcoin is that money can be transferred in every corner of the world where internet is available. You don't need a bank account not even a birth certificate. In very poor countries that is a big advantage because people are no longer captured with their money just in the local environment. They can receive money from relatives they were not able to reach before. And make money with the rest of the world.

It is already helping poor countries. In places like kenya and stuff there are people going there and setting bitcoin banks with the help of cheap computers and cheap smartphones, or even nokia type of phones throught SMS. An economy can be started with a single cheap device.

Yeah I think so too, people in poor countries usually don't get much education so making them know about bitcoin and know how to use it is no easy work. Moreover, if they did know something about bitcoin, how could they use it and make a living from it when the internet in these places isn't always available, or even doesn't exist.

unless tx fees are tamed then no one's gonna be able afford to transact.
the network wanted 40 bucks off me to send 1 btc today. even low priority was $2. i was about to buy something or 'spam the blockchain', now i certainly won't be.
that's more than a daily wage in some places.
it may be a glitch but at present it's only going one way and that's up. let's hope there's a cheap second layer soon.

It can help the poor in many ways. Earning may be a great option. other than that it can take out corruption as it is not a paper money and transactions will be easier.
You can always remember that you just need an internet connection and a little investment if they can afford.

That's a nice example, you just miss one point: the capital This guy will need some money to start trading but yes, he can start slowly with signature campaigns or things like that and try to earn more and more with trade until he got money to help others people. Poor or rich countries, we need to start by our own minds, house, neighborhood, city...

from using bitcoin to getting rid of corruption it is a long way. yes, all transactions are on the block chain but you need to know who the addresses belong to. and to do this you would need to use bitcoin officially by the government. this is not that easy.

People living in second world countries could earn themselves some coins through signature campaigns, or just by offering their services to the public. But that's different for people living in third world countries. These people mostly don't have enough money for food and stuff. And for that reason, it will be a costly thing to pay for an internet connection while they need that money to feed their family. So no, I don't think Bitcoin will be of much value for them in that aspect.

I think isn't hard to find a celphone with internet connection even in poor countries but I doubt this signature campaigns, faucets or whatever can improve their lifes. If was easy, poverty would not exist. We have to thank for have where to sleep.

If the people in that country utilize crypto currencies then yea , Bitcoin can help
I think if they just use bitcoin without doing any work on bitcoin, bitcoin certainly will not help the economy of these people? they need a job to out of poor ?

I think there is no urgency to use bitcoin for poor countries, unless they are using bitcoin to revenue and improve their economy and their country,

I think the resources do not exist to be able to use bitcoin in the poor country
