For Question 1:

Use Myetherwallet to generate your Ether address, or use Metamask chrome extension to generate your Ether address.
Remember to back up private key of each address securely.

I have enrolled in the special investment program and as per schedule i received the coins with 100% ROI, Developer is not able to complete the project and come on this site and give details, But he is genuine in his commitment and never scammed , This much i can vouch on him. His problem is that he is not involving any one to his project and working independently that is why it is getting more late.
