I bought 2 (two) Avalons IN MY NAME, on 2nd batch, MY orders number:

Now, that I have Rodrigo's Bitcoins (60.00 to pay the loan) since the middle of the day but, Rodrigo is going crazy all day... He doesn't want my Bitcoins, he wants MY Avalon!!

AND, he talked with Yifu to delivery my Avalon to him!!


Rodrigo is trying to SELL MY Avalon!!

I'll repeat: I talked with Rodrigo a lot trough Skype today and yesterday, he doesn't want the Bitcoins...

Because you guys (Yifu, ButSyncom) doesn't respond any e-mail, any support ticket, nothing. I need to ask this here:

* Do I'll lose my Avalon (#3345) to this Rodrigo guy because he is playing with you guys?

** Do I'll lose my Avalon (#3917) to this Rodrigo guy because he doesn't want my 60.00 Bitcoins back and you, Yifu, will delivery MY Avalon to him?


Why I'm sking this??
A.: Simple, because I do not want Rodrigo touching my Avalons, so, I changed the `shipping address' TODAY back to me. But apparently, as Rodrigo said, Yifu will NOT delivery my Avalon to me, as I asked on its own support ticket.


The main problem is: I want at least, my Avalon (#3345) in my address, but again apparently, Avalon will ship MY (2?) Avalons to Rodrigo!! And I can let this happen.

I was stupid enough to change my first USA shipping address to Rodrigo, in good faith in our partnership to build a ASIC rig in China but, he just screwed everything up.

So, now, I want at least, the order #3345 be shipped to my address. - Please Avalon, let this clear for me Since Rodrigo doesn't want my payment and Avalon is about to delivery (#3917) to him.

Avalon, don't let this be true.

I think we should all watch this one unfold.

Avalon's delivered product to someone they had not contract with.... and then fails to deliver to someone they DID have a contract.

This will look great in court... for the Plaintiff.

I'd give the guy his package.

How do the batch 3 buyer feel about this?

This was a supposition I made, okay?

It is what I, at least, "want to" hear from Avalon.

If fact, I want my two Avalons that I order in my name, be delivered in my address. Am I asking too much?!

The loan with Rodrigo (and his lost with BitcoinRain) does have NOTHING TO DO with my 2 Avalons orders and my shipping, am I right?

Last month I loaned ~57 to get 60 bitcoins yesterday, but the time is due.

ThiagoCMC has one avalon batch2 order, but the machine is coming to MY address.   Yifu is aware of this situation.    The thing he does not know is that I paid with my own wallet. I can prove that.

So im giving 2 more days to get those coins otherwise I will try to sell the avalon and try to get those coins back.

I am only doing this because www.bitcoinrain.com one investment group has signs of insolvency and I since I had 60 coins there so I expect to sell this avalon order for at least 120BTC.

Thats all folks. I hope Im wrong and nothing wrong happens.

You can choose what to do with them after you receive them, but whilst they are still in our hands they will go to the address the order was originally intended for."

I can't see the Avalon team changing your address to his address suddenly, or has it been confirmed already?

I put my USA address when I bought it.

Later, Rodrigo and I was talking about a small data center in China, to run our Avalons and avoid the customs and all the international troubles (and BTC lost).

So, I asked Rodrigo to borrow me the Bitcoins to buy 1 more Avalon (#3917)...

Partnership concluded, couple weeks ago, I changed my `shipping address' from USA, to China, to Rodrigo's house...

I know that Avalon talked with Rodrigo (and vice-versa), because, after this drama, what I must do? Simple: change my `shipping address' back to me, of coooourse, right?

Than, right after I change my address, Rodrigo come with this: "but the machine is coming to MY address. Yifu is aware of this situation."

****** What situation??

It's me!!! Changing my own `shipping address' and, probably, the Avalon Team told Rodrigo about it!!

Otherwise, how Rodrigo can start talking, "out of nothing": "but the machine is coming to MY address. Yifu is aware of this situation."... I'm not a freaking retard...

I don't believe this.  It is hard to believe that Rodgigo was able to talk to Yufi.  Yufi doesn't talk to anybody.
