I don't think any state of USA would implement such a system. It would require president's approval . Right?
Donald Trump and the government are not ready for such a big change.

Just read the whitepaper and website. They say, Liberland is beta testing this eGaas. By the way, Liberland is a self proclaimed micro nation.
There's a lot of difference between implementing implementation of eGaas in USA than that I'm a micro nation.

Yes, totally different in all of the level of government.
But keep watching it, succeeded of Egaas was starting from his ICO, they may not want for continuing his project if a minimum fund hasn't reached.
