Most likely what happened was someone a few weeks ago was spamming the chat messages with nonsense and they had to make this limit. You can still chat but its annoying its more like writing a blog when you post instead of a single sentence.

Well we didn't have any moderators at that time so people were spamming like crazy and the time limit was implemented. Now the limit will be lifted and you can chat freely. We will need 24 hours to let devs work. Now we have plenty of moderators and we can handle the chat 24/7 and spammers will be restricted. Thanks all

Thanks  admin for the adjustments regarding on chat  limit because most user do have complain about these. To all who have  reacted  on regarding  on chat  limits  now  you could able  to prefer  on  what  vip rank you have. The higher  rank the lesser  the  time  limit. Thanks for this.

What are the advantages for VIP players in the future? Did the admin tell you about it already since you are a moderator?
Would be great if you can tell what are the advantages for being VIP players, it may attract more people to come and play if they know if there is/are advantages.
