XFX RX 550 4GB 315 h/s Stock Settings Claymore 9.7 -h 512 -A 4 Win 10 x64 AMD Crimson Relive 17.4.4 Motherboard Biostar TB85 with 4GB DDR3 HD Kingston 60GB SSD
I'm hobby mining and experimenting with low power cards.
So far it looks like these use 34W each at the settings above.
I know the motherboard with a Celeron with this video card idle draws 56 W at the wall measured with a Kill-A-Watt.
It measures 90 W at the wall with card at 315 h/s. So I assume 34 W per card at full load.
Just ordered 5 more of these and some powered risers to populate all six PCIE slots.
Getting 1875 h/s under 300W is ass kicking.
I will build it and report back.

Can you post the link to this graphic card you were talking about the XFX RX 550 4GB I just brought this XFX Radeon RX 550 My System Dell optiplex 9020 Windows 7 64 bit cpu i5-4670 3.0GHZ Ram 16 GB Software Claymore 9.7 XFX Radon RX 550 - 36 watts - 258 H/S With the Dell optiplex 9020 and XFX Radon RX 550 - 70 watts - 258 H/S

Hi guys, I already submitted my results but also want to share it here as well:
6x PowerColor Red Dragon RX 480 4GB (Samsung) 1266/2100MHz @100W (for 4 cards, other 2's mem speed have to be reduced to 2000 and 2050MHz) Ubuntu 16.04 XMR-STAK-AMD Config settings - Intensity: 1024, Worksize: 8/256
Results: 4,890 H/s (811~819 H/s per card)
I mod each card's BIOS individually in Windows, test for stability then use it in Ubuntu. Using Ubermix 3.1's memory timings which I think helps a bit with the Hashrate.

Helps a bit? Only around 20% improvement in hashrate

Been messing around a bit with the PCs I've sitting around the house
Core i7-7000 -> 290 H/s on xmr-stak-cpu, four threads GTX 1080 -> 640 H/s with xmr-stak-nvidia +1000 MHz Memory Clock +200 MHz GPU Clock 50% TDP-Limit, threads 50, blocks 40
Core i5-2500k -> 200 H/s on xmr-stak-cpu, three threads HD6870 -> 160 H/s on xmr-stak-amd
840M -> 62 H/s on xmr-stak-nvidia Core i7-4510u -> 115 H/s xmr-stak-cpu, two threads
Wondering what's the best cheapo upgrade for the HD6870 currently, for gaming first and mining second leaning towards the RX560 4GB or GTX1050ti 4GB.

Hi guys thanks alot for the hard efforts.
I need help in choosing the best GPU option.
I am building my first mining rig and decided to go for Monero, I found the GPU benchmark list helpful but I am wondering what is the best choice available in case I need to mine different currency in the near future. take into consideration that the cost of kw/h is 0.006 usd so it nothing and I am looking to invest around 20-30k usd.
Do I go for the 8gb or even 12gb cards, does the size of a single card matter, or I can just substitute 12gb for 2x6gb. I would like to spend the money efficiently and build up the operation slowly, I believe its better to choose a system and just duplicate it.
Would really appreciate the help.
Thanks

Depends on your goal: get a maximum hashrate with as few cards as possible, then you should go for Vega or GTX 1080Ti. If you want to get the maximum hashrate for the money invested, then cards like the RX570/580 or GTX 1060 are a better investment imho. But you then need more systems for the same hashrate of course, and each system brings additional costs for board, CPU, PSU etc.

That is the issue I am trying to get the right mix and hopefully build the most efficient operation. Electricity is out of the equation, whats i am left with is the value of the card versus the production of hashrate.

Then I would go for RX580 or GTX 1070. They have a comparable hash rate if the RX is tweaked, depending on the algo the one or the other is faster. RX580 should be cheaper though. For me (0.30 USD per kWh in Germany) power consumption matters a lot, so the RX was no option as the Pascal based cards are a lot more efficient when fixed to low voltage. My GTX 1060 only use 45-50W for monero mining while producing around 530 H/s, RX570 had over 100W and hash rate was not much better without BIOS mod.

Does anyone run these CPUs and can give me a clue about their performance?
Intel Xeon E5-2667 v3 Intel Xeon E5-2673 v3
Many thanks in advance. Based on your website I'd expect them between 940 H/s and 1000 H/s
reference -> https://forums.servethehome.com/index.php?threads/monero-mining-performance.12116/2x Intel Xeon E5-2697 V3 = 1301H/s 2x Intel Xeon E5-2667 V3 = 1090H/s My E5-2670's outperform the benchmarks on that page using xmr-stak-cpu, so you might see numbers maybe 5% higher if you use xmr-stak-cpu.

It seem for Intel CPU, the monero hash rate is around 70-75 h/s per 2MB L3 cache My results: i5-4660: 6MB => 3 * 70 = 210 h/s E3-1231 v3: 8MB => 4 * 70 = 280 h/s
Dual E5-2667 20MBx2 = 40MB => but E5-2667 v3 have only 8 cores (I do not count threads here) so: 8 * 2 * 70 ~ 1120 h/s
Base on my calculation, Dual E5-2697: 14 cores / 35MB = 14 * 2 * 70 ~ 1960 h/s Maybe I'm wrong

Hi, this is my XMR mining data.
CPU: Intel Core i7-4810MQ 2.8GHz Os: win 7 APP: MinerGate v.7.0 H/s: 110 TDP: unknown
BTW, could you tell me whether "8X SAPPHIRE RX VEGA 64 8GB HBM2" in your table means EIGHT GPU?

Hi, indeed it is a rig with 8 GPU's. Same applies for other benchmarks on website, for example: 6X, 2X, 4X or X4, X2. Also, GPU benchmarks can be directly submitted here: http://monerobenchmarks.info/submitGPU.phpAnd CPU benchmarks here: http://monerobenchmarks.info/submitCPU.php
