It's seems unfair man you should made a first come first serve rule so the aspiring applicants would have an opportunity to be part of that signature campaign . Just an opinion .

You meant to say to have an opportunity to make an application? On the other hand, why is it unfair if some member who is posting sense asked privately for a spot but at the same time had been waiting for a final payment in another signature campaign? In fact, I've seen quite a few reservations made in this campaign which were later filled by members that left other campaigns. It is a first come first serve rule after all, isn't it?

Why not accept members of the higher ranks to a lower rank spot if they don't mind the lower pay and their post quality is good enough? In this way, if someone leaves the campaign (or gets kicked out, lol) from their rank level, they will rightfully take the vacant spot...

It is essentially the same when a member gets promoted to a higher rank but has no spot available for his new rank
