Looks like Betcoins Forum Ban has ended, and their Sportsbook seems to be down for a few days now. Also this was posted in their Sig Spammers Thread We were able to gain access to Betcoin.ag's servers on 9/21/17, and what we were able to dump was beyond our expectations.
We were testing their security, and were able to obtain a list of every username and plaintext password for every account on their site. Further, we were able to bypass their "whitelisted IP" info, and able to log into the accounts.
Some of these accounts hold large sums of bitcoin. We play on this site, and find it insane that our passwords are all in plaintext on their server side. A bitcoin gambling site should know better.
We have contacted betcoin with no response. If they do not reply to us by 9/23/17, we will be posting this in other forums, and making all their players aware that they have been breached. Further, we will be placing the entire dumped list up for sale.
Betcoin, you have our email. I would highly recommend replying.
Could be totally false, but I wouldn't be surprised if something like this were possible considering their history with security.

That message was posted (multiple times) on every single poker message board this past week. I'm pretty sure it's an extortion attempt, although obviously we all know that Betcoin has multiple security weaknesses along with unscrupulous workers, so nobody should trust them with anything.

Incredible article just posted on Betcoin about Black Jack, it's history and betting strategies. https://archive.is/QbA7v#selection-1241.0-1249.107Martin Gale Bitcoin Blackjack Strategy One of the most popular winning bitcoin blackjack strategies was developed by a mathematician Martin Gale. (Strategy is actually called martingale and has nothing to do with anyone named Martin or Gale...)

The publicly proven Duckdice scam claims the same nonsense in their FAQ section: How does Automatic Betting work?
Automatic Betting allows you to use a betting strategy to reduce the risk of loss.
The most familiar betting strategy is Martingale. A martingale strategy can work if you are able to double your bet 50 times in a row, but this is pretty sure not possible at betcoin blackjack! The target group for both betcoin and duckdice is within the IQ range 30-50, otherwise I have no explanation why anyone is playing there.

Betcoin's business model revolves around stealing money from poor people. Because of the massive rise in price of bitcoin, those people aren't able to buy much and are more hesitant to spend it. Think about it...a year ago, $20 would have bought you .0285 worth of bitcoin. After fees, you'd have .028 in your account. Today that same $20 only buys .0032. The fees are going to eat up almost a fifth of that, and that's just to send it one place. If you have added fees for buying via credit card or paypal, or send it to a wallet before a gambling site, you'd be lucky if you saw even $10 worth of bitcoin in your actual account. So the people that Betcoin caters to are less likely to buy bitcoin, less likely to deposit bitcoin, and less likely to spend bitcoin (since their miniums haven't changed). Combine that with more and more people seeing how scummy they are AND the fact that they've skinned their proverbial sheeps, and Betcoin/Jessica White don't have much incentive to market anymore. Anyone halfway intelligent has seen their scummy ways and has moved on to one of the other multitude of WPN skins, and anyone dumb enough to fall for their traps is already broke.

The "censored" betcoin thread was banned for 2 or 3 weeks for spamming! A lot of players left after the rakeback theft and canceling of the extra rakeback and shortly after they had to reduce their army of 70 promoters! With bacon you catches mices, but if the stock is running low then less mices will come!

GUess it's time to get this thread back in action. Apparently Betcoin has a new "poker room manager" who has also got themselves approved on twoplustwo (most popular online poker forum) I've repeatedly requested details about this new 'poker room manager' on 2p2 and btctalk and can confirm that they are indeed working for Betcoin (confirmed by 2p2 mods), and not just a troll. However, they have claimed to be an 'experienced user on poker forums' yet refuse to respond to the question 'who are you!?' They've decided to just delete my posts in their threads here: And ignore my posts on 2p2 (where they can't moderate their own thread) LINK: Summary: -Betcoin affiliate (xiaoxiao) got really good rakeback deal for his signups(way better than ant other affiliate) -Eventually xiaoxiao lost all his players rakeback. -Betcoin locks xiaoxiaos account for not paying players. -Betcoin tells players they will pay them from what xiaoxiao would of normally be paid. -Betcoin keeps all or most of the money for themselves. -Betcoin banned/censored/ignored players who tried to get to the bottom of issue.================== Here are some facts on the xiaoxiao rakeback issue: For several years, xiaoxiao was able to offer a very good rakeback deal - with a decent VIP level, players were earning a little more than 100% rakeback with ~70% of it coming from xiaoxiao. Most regs who hadn't signed up under xiaoxiao created new accounts because normal affiliates were being paid less than half of what xiaoxiao was actually returning to players. Here is one of xiaoxiaos original thread on Bitcointalk. He also ran betcoinrakeback.com (now defunct) Last spring ( april/may 2017) xiao degened everyones rakeback. After months of excuses and empty promises he admitted he was broke and came clean in this post. Betcoin responded on their own forum in this thread. (cliffs below) Betcoin posted saying that they had frozen xiaoxiaos account, and would be using the funds from his account to pay his players: =========================== =========================== A couple months late, they decided that the funds that xiaoxiao would of normally been paid would not go to xiaoxiao, or the players that signed up under xiaoxiao. They would simply be kept by Betcoin: They have since refused to respond to requests for explanation, blaming xiaoxiao for stealing all that money. (which he did steal, until they locked his account and began to keep it all for themselves) Also, they still offer affiliate program: https://www.betcoin.ag/affiliates========================== There were 3 ways Betcoin could of handled this situation. 1) Do nothing. The relationship between an affiliate and a player is just that. Let the players and the affiliate work things out. 2) Do something. Lock the affiliates account and pay the players what the affiliate had previously promised - including the cut that the affiliate was keeping for themself until all players were made whole. 3) Lock the affiliate account, and keep all of the funds that would of otherwise been paid to the affiliate (and then the players) for themselves. Betcoin chose option 3.

Except, the players were paid later and everyone got settled up good. So there is no problem. Even the last guy, ACTIONNN is ok with things now. People make mistakes. It's not a great thing but it doesn't change the fact that it was a good deal while it lasted, and everyone made a lot of money from it. Now the site actually has traffic and is growing, and bitcoin is going up.

Like hold it deep inside and just not be able to get it out of your head? Is something seriously wrong with you dude? I played on betco.in when it was the only bitcoin poker site...it got "hacked" and I had 100btc on there....the owner said he'd pay me something...but never did...he is still active on this forum...name is "hippich" do you see me literally blowing up his spot all over? and posting everywhere about what a scammer he is? no, because i know im not going to see that money again...does this mean the hippich guy is a scammer? because he couldnt cover the money i voluntarily sent him to risk on gambling, knowing something might go wrong? any money you ever sent in a deposit to betcoin, you knew something could go wrong...well something went wrong and you feel you or your friends didnt get full value on your money...sorry to hear that but at the end of the day let things go dude...its been months now...they site is still operating and theres no more issues like that, your rakeback appears and thats all you get, its right now every time, and theres plenty of traffic...either come back and play or go play elsewhere, but youre going to give yourself an ulcer man if you dont stop obsessing about this

I will offer cashouts from swcpoker if you have less than 20 chips for a 1% fee (plus my transaction fees, your choice whether i use high or low), PM me (PM is better as I get notification) or just post here in the thread how much you send me.

Go ahead and ask anyone, I have played more hands than anyone on the site. Ask people in chat if they've seen me. My reputation is solid. Let me know, PM me if you want the cashout. lol, are you really veganhippie/iamhiv/ well known scammer/ Somers, Conn. resident who was charged with having sex with 13-year-old girl after responding to Craigslist ad? gamblor777(on 2p2) = winbig777(on btctalk)

Except, the players were paid later and everyone got settled up good. So there is no problem. Even the last guy, ACTIONNN is ok with things now. This is a lie. The players were not paid for the stolen rakeback, they were told that they needed to rake the full (original) amount again in order to receive it. Now the site actually has traffic and is growing This is also a lie. Here's a post I made over a year ago with a picture showing Betcoin's traffic: So it was 100%, then it was 50%, now it's 0. I guess the cash games must be booming with business and they don't need people to be starting tables. ...oh. Guess not. Why else would they be taking away something that was helping them? Here's their current traffic: So...no. They have not grown at all.
